Maybe we were unlucky, but if the points:
- the menu was not brought even after 5 minutes of waiting - they asked the waiter girl who was passing by
- the hookah man who was asked for immediately after arrival did not reach us (they waited for 20 minutes)
- children were constantly running around in the hall, despite the fact that there were hookahs on the floor, and of course they screamed at the same time. There is a separate question for the parents of these children, but it seems that the restaurant should also care about such behavior and inconveniencing guests - however, no attempts were even made to stop it.
So we sat and went to another place where the guest would be given the banal minimum of attention and service that he came for.

Convenient location. Nice interior. Good beer. The food is very average: the cutlet in the burger is 2 times smaller than the area of the burger itself. The French fries were barely warm and not crispy (most likely they were fried a lot at once, and then served instead of cooking for each guest). The cucumbers in the salad were also not the freshest. Well, another of the fat disadvantages is that everyone smokes, including cigarettes, right in the hall. In general, a good beer is not enough for me to come back here.

We visited this cafe in November , everything was on top ! We came today, yes, on March 8th, but at the same time there were few people! So, the table is empty , napkins and salt and pepper had to be asked to be brought ! We ordered fresh sliced vegetables for the steak , we were just shocked when the vegetables were brought , there was one small tomato cut into 4 parts , one small cucumber cut and half a bell pepper and three pieces of cheese . I saw this for the first time, so that the vegetable plate was so meager ! After we ate, the dirty dishes were not cleaned, they called the officer to order tea, came up , accepted the order and left, the dirty dishes remained on the table ! Advice, fellow managers, if you do not teach your staff how to work properly, your cafe will go down , because the competition in Almaty is huge ! After today's visit to your cafe, I doubt that I will come to you again!

The steak is terrible, there is no side dish, pepper was brought (not as in the photo), there is no sauce, the meat is dry, there is no question of any roasting. The second course was ordered with asparagus and parmesan cheese. They brought it without cheese, I ask where - the waiter brazenly lies that he is, then after persuasion he took the dishes and 15 minutes later!! They saved up cheese for me without apologies. Tea is served to us outside in glass, it cools down quickly, they brought it before the main dishes, they didn't ask anything.
