We went to this place sometimes, for the sake of a beautiful view. As a bonus, we ordered coffee with pancakes (not cheap, about 30 GEL per person).
Today we were not allowed into an EMPTY cafe, as they decided to serve only the residents of their apartment hotel. Moreover, the manager, in a passive-aggressive form, tried in every possible way to expel us from an EMPTY floor of the building, so that we would not accidentally look and, God forbid, take a picture of the view.
Hopefully, they will go bankrupt soon enough, and the new owners will be more adequate.
We went for two years just because of the view, but this year they wouldn't let us in, they said they only feed the hotel visitors. Probably the guys have earned a lot of money since they don't let people eat and drink with them, but it's a pity that this money has not been enough for repairs for the third year.
A nice place with a beautiful view and above-average prices, but there is a caveat - they serve only visitors to the hotel located in this house. You can't come from the street. An interesting business model, considering the size of the premises and other costs of doing business. In principle, it is unclear why you should position yourself as a cafe-bar.
