A very nice hotel. It is small, cozy, with a magnificent view of the sea and very friendly staff. The beach is just a stone's throw away, a small swimming pool with comfortable sun beds surrounded by palm leaves. Special thanks to Avtandil for the warm welcome and delicious dinner, which he organized for us from the best restaurant in Batumi.
Among the disadvantages are the noise from the road and the railway, which pass right under the windows and the lack of catering, both in the hotel itself and next to it. But if you are not lazy and take a little walk, then there will be a supermarket and a cafe))

A luxury hotel for your money! The breakfasts are great! There is everything you need: freshly squeezed orange juice is just top🔥, as well as 2 types of juice, coffee, tea, water. Yoghurts, 3 types of cereals, always eggs and omelets, sliced many types, French fries, several types of sausages, dessert (cupcake), vegetables, fruits - everything you need!
The room is spacious, we lived with 2 adults and a child, a separate sofa with linen and towels for the child) the bed is super comfortable, we did cleaning every day, although we lived there for only 2 days)
The sea view is simply gorgeous! On the balcony there is a table and 2 armchairs, you can sit and watch the sunsets) the sea is right in front, although the beach is not equipped, but wild)
There is also a small swimming pool, my daughter is delighted, a small cafe on site and a recreation area with a chair and armchairs)
I advise everyone! For a relaxing holiday! Batumi central, of course, cannot be compared with this, there is an anthill, and here there is peace and quiet!
Friendly people meet at the reception, explain everything, help)
I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is nice, the view of the sea from all the Windows, more was expected from breakfast. They write about the noise correctly; there is a very nice restaurant 500 meters away. We got confused about the names: on the booking, you can see another place near the Botansad itself, further from the road and in the greenery with the same name. We wanted to go there. But for 1 night it's not bad
