Disgusting service and just zero customer orientation!
12/10/24 I gave the leatherette jacket to be cleaned. There were stains on the lining, they warned that they might not be completely cleaned and that filler might creep in. The condition of the jacket was assessed as satisfactory (60% wear) and was hired without any questions. They said the deadline is 4 days. Time has passed, but no call, no text message about readiness. As a result, it turns out that the number was entered incorrectly and, of course, no SMS messages came.
As a result, the jacket was ready only a week later. But there was a nuance - after the dry cleaning, the buttons flew off. They said they would fix them and that they would come back later.
On 12/27/24, an SMS message about readiness arrives. I come back and nothing has been fixed. In addition, I notice tears and damage to the leatherette on the jacket. The condition of the jacket is critical, the thing is irretrievably damaged, it is impossible to wear it. Let me remind you that no one warned me about the possibility of tears when taking the jacket. They just accepted it without question.
On 12/29/24, I wrote a complaint and was told to wait for a letter with a response from a lawyer within 14 days. It's been more than 20 days, but I still haven't received a letter. When I called the dry cleaner, I found out that they had the letter for some reason! Were they even going to send it to me?
As a result, on 16.01.25 they just say that the product is of poor quality and cannot help in any way! No compensation, no discount on the following service as an apology.… No way! There is no question of any guarantee.
As a result, it's just a waste of money, a ruined jacket, time and nerves. I would give 0 stars if it were possible!
