Regarding prices, I would like to state: the services provided by this dry cleaner are related to prices below the market. I was very pleased.

Background: I have a GEOX down jacket. This is quite an exclusive item for me, the usual price in Europe for such a down jacket is about $ 800, I bought it on stock (new) for $ 300 for me, this is a very expensive purchase. I am from Mogilev. It's time to clean the jacket. I know from experience that our local dry cleaner is negligent about his work. And I don't often visit Minsk, but I decided to trust the specialists of the capital. 03.01.2025 I handed the jacket over to the C&D point and asked them to clean it as carefully as possible. I didn't save on anything (cladding, additional processing, etc.) the total amount was 101 rubles for the work. I was told that they would do it by January 7-8, but there may be a delay until the 10th. As a result, it was done on January 22. I didn't rush it, but I periodically asked about the process. On January 26, my friend was in Minsk, and since the payment was initially made in full, he took it according to the documents. I was inspired to receive a down jacket, but when I unwrapped it, I found that GEO remained from the GEOX inscription. I contacted the administrator and she promised me to look for the missing letter. A couple of days later, I bothered her again and she said that the letter had not been found and perhaps it was trapped in the washing machines and had to wait a week for them to fill up and be cleaned. I waited another week and bothered her again about this issue, to which she said that the letters had not been found and that was all. I asked her to solve this problem somehow, but she said that they were not responsible for it. I insisted that it was very important to me and I needed to resolve this issue, to which the administrator said that their lawyer would contact me. After waiting almost a week for the lawyer's call, I called the administrator again, to which I was told to wait for the lawyer's call, a day later I dialed the lawyer myself and eventually received an answer that this was not their problem and do whatever you want. As a result, the filler is knocked down, the inscription is partially lost, I don't know how to wear it. There are checks and proofs. Conclusion: the level of this office is to wash grandma's panties and no more. Do not give them branded good things (it will be better to wash them in your washing machine). There is no responsibility. Wasted money, nerves, time and stuff.

I handed over the jacket, very high-quality cleaning, it was done quickly enough and not expensive. The arms and cuffs were very worn, that's what beauty came out. Lyudmila is a wonderful consultant, she explained everything almost at every stage. They hid the locks so as not to spoil anything. I am pleasantly surprised by such a service. We handed over two men's black winter jackets, delayed the readiness period, spent our time after a hard working week, spoiled the mood for 154p. 13 days and the jackets were not cleaned, but simply treated with a steamer.The collar, cuffs on the sleeves, the armpits are dusty, and there is no smell of impregnation at all.

When I brought the item, some obscurantism happened.
I went in, there was already a girl standing there and waiting for the person who takes the clothes to approach her. She said that she had been standing for 5 minutes, calling, no one was coming. And then we heard snoring. Snoring, Carl. We didn't go that snoring - the woman who has to take the clothes was just sleeping on the table🤦♀️

The cleaning quality is excellent. BUT for a very long time, but that's okay, when the day of order fulfillment came, it was not possible to get through, there was no callback either, after they visited, an SMS came that they would not fulfill the order today. And according to the contract, they have 2 more days. There is no desire to turn to them anymore.
