I've never written comments, but there's always a first time for everything.… I do not recommend dry cleaning if you plan to clean down jackets or warmer clothes with sintepon. The thing will lose its appearance - it will "deflate", no one will restore its former appearance. They work at random . They do not respond to the claims and send them to a lawyer or offer to deal "at their own expense" with the consumer rights commission.
The attitude is negligent, indifferent and sometimes rude.
They commit frauds with writing out non-existent defects in the hope that they will "blow up" in a hurry without looking. Which is often the case based on other reviews. Here it's time to contact the authorities, since the face is either a fake or a signature lining of a deliberately false description of the cleaning object in the order documents.
Unfortunately, neither the quality of the work, nor the attitude towards customers, nor the correct response to damage to consumer property can boast.

I applied twice to the dry cleaning of the down jacket. For the first time, the belt from the jacket was lost. No one knew where he was, they shrugged their shoulders, found him a few days later, and thanks for that!
I thought that it doesn't happen to anyone, it's not scary to make a mistake once.
The second time I applied again for dry cleaning of the same product. And of course, as it is written in all the reviews above, the product's readiness period has been greatly changed. And on the very last day (as it says in the receipt, the delay of the product is a maximum of 5 days) there was no down jacket. You call, you ask, no one knows. It just doesn't exist. They give you a number that you should call, even call, because they don't answer you from the 10th time to find out where your thing is.
At the other end of the line, they also tell you that they don't know and transfer you back to another number.
