We rested in the cottage complex from 25.06 to 8.07, in a suite.
I really liked the complex! Everything is clean and tidy on the territory, a chic clean swimming pool, a common kitchen area, a barbecue, a children's trampoline..
The apartment has a gorgeous view of the mountains, a kettle, an iron, a refrigerator, a TV and soap accessories.
The hosts are cool, very responsive and friendly guys! They are always there and ready to help in solving any issue.👍🏻
Across the street, after walking for 7 minutes, there is a wild pebble beach. There are always very few people.
If you need water activities, sun beds and umbrellas, you can walk or drive to the city beach in Pitsunda.. there are also cafes and restaurants, various shops, souvenir shops..you can walk along the embankment!
Next to the complex (you go out and to the right), there is a cafe on the territory of another hotel, reasonable prices and a large selection of delicious and high-quality dishes!
Abkhazia is very beautiful❤ Yes, there is devastation somewhere..but the beauty of nature, mountains and clear sea makes you close your eyes to any disadvantages😊

Wonderful houses! There is something to compare it with, we were in different standard houses. Bzyb is the best!
The air conditioner copes perfectly, the roof does not heat up, the mattress is a pleasure to sleep on it, just gorgeous!!! The table in the house is wide, and it is convenient to use as a workplace, and it is easy to arrange a lot of things from things. The refrigerator is of adequate size, not tiny (which they like to put everywhere), thanks a lot for that! The shower room is decorated with pleasant high-quality tiles, a roomy shelf for shampoos / gels, hooks for washcloths, separate soap dishes above the sink, holders for brushes / paste (like a trifle, it should be everywhere, BUT!!! in many hotels you don't know where to put everything, as a result you take up the whole sink, there is no place ...) in general, you see attention to detail, thank you for that too!
Each house has its own ironing board and an excellent iron with a powerful steam supply! Not a common one somewhere out there, but a personal kit! It's just a 4-5 star level!
Another difference from other similar houses: we found a place between the windows for a mirror!!! You always look in the bathroom, you don't understand how, but here is a normal long mirror. They could not have done it, but they did!!! Well done!
Windows. Special thanks too. The door is not simple, but the double swing is huge, and both additional windows OPEN!!! You don't need a condom for the night, it's great!
The pool - well, this is a special thanks! It's clean, big, you don't have to go far to get to it: you leave the house and immediately dive! Wow! The pool is always illuminated by the sun, the shadow does not fall on it (as in many hotels), so the water is always warmer in it (from the sun), the flooring area around is good, wide, roomy, it's nice to sunbathe!
There is a shared kitchen: you can always cook for yourself if you want. There are many tables, even when fully loaded, you can accommodate. There is also a barbecue.
A very cool solution is a snack bar and chilled drinks are always available (both with and without degrees))), plain water is also on sale, you do not need to run to the store! Thank you for such a service!
And of course, many thanks to the host Armen! A good responsive pleasant Person, always prompt and help!
The sea is not far away, it takes 3 minutes to walk, the beach is sparsely populated, clean.
In general, we were more than satisfied, we did not want to leave, we will definitely come again and again!!!

We are resting here at the moment. We arrived on 04.08, we're going home tomorrow, but I really don't want to leave. Very cozy and clean houses with all amenities - toilet, shower, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, kettle, hairdryer and iron. A large shared kitchen with all necessary utensils. You can buy drinks and snacks in the kitchen. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, there are few people on the beach, the sea is clean. The beach and the entrance to the sea are pebbly, but if you buy special shoes, then this is even a plus. But our child did not get out of the pool and did not even want to go to the sea. There are cafes near the base where you can eat. The manager Armen and his wife are very nice people. They will tell you where to go and where to buy something. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay. We will definitely come again next year.
