The work of the BTI leaves much to be desired. Incorrect information is entered into the database by employees. Numerous errors in the documents. They do not respond to calls from the PSC. But lunch is from 13:00-14:30.The staff is illiterate. It is a pity that this is not controlled by anyone and brings big problems to people.

The building has become much more comfortable after the renovation. BUT, some specialists need to explain "for a long time" what they SHOULD do.
