One star only because the review is not published in another way. I asked for the repair of the handle of the suitcase specifically, since I was unable to bring the suitcase in its entirety, I provided the damaged part itself, which I received a categorical refusal. Employees communicate in a strict manner, without showing loyalty to the client. They do not offer possible solutions to the issue, dumping everything on their management at once. They fired me as if you wouldn't come, others would come, but I don't care. After the visit, and especially the communication, there was an extremely unpleasant aftertaste. I do not recommend visiting this workshop.
