There is a "Bylina" library here. There are a lot of books, magazines, newspapers for reading the necessary information. They sell auto parts. Although I wasn't interested in them, I know about them.

This is the people's library. Books were collected here and are being collected by all the people. Here you can borrow books, sit and read in a relaxed atmosphere. Kazakh language lessons are held here on Saturdays. The Bylina ECO asset is going to be activated. Meetings with interesting people and various events are held.
