A bad provider, they probably don't have enough capacity, the collective farm is a collective farm, I often measure the speed 2-4 times less than stated, and in Russia, for such money, tariffs and incoming speed are much better. Maybe it's just in Orsha, or maybe only Beltelecom employees themselves write good reviews here.

This is a shock, not the Internet. Not only does the Internet itself not correspond to the stated ones, but they also simply did not come to reconnect it at the appointed time. It is now possible to connect to another provider in my previous apartment. I had to move out. Do you understand how bad things are with these guys?
