So many people come here by mistake and ask to do something. To fix the car, to give information about new models, they are simply interested. The guys here never refuse and always fully provide the necessary information. Although this is not part of their job. This is the head office. They're doing more important things here and could easily redirect people to dealerships. However, they still help. And only when a practical presentation is required (test drive or special tools), the guys can direct you to the nearest dealership
