If I used to think that customers were forgotten after the sale of a car, then after a visit there my opinion changed. Moreover, this attitude was not only to me, but to everyone who went there while I was there.
I stopped by to eliminate the noises – they did, they drove, the noises went away. We found another problem and fixed it right away. Everything is at the highest level! Thanks a lot to the service department.

2. Chassis diagnostics, 100,000, the money was taken, but in fact the master passed under the car with his hands in his pockets.
3. The stroke was 100,000, they didn't even take the tool in their hands, rather, when the master passed from below, everything tightened up by itself.
4. Computer diagnostics 100,000, they forgot to do it, but rather were not going to.
5. The carbon filter is 161,000, its replacement is 40,000, it was changed, the mudguards were brought, they were given as a gift, and they said it costs 160,000 to install, they offered to put it where I bought it for 40,000.
In total, the amount came out to 591,000, but in fact I stared intently at the cameras at what they were doing with the car. They just drove her onto the lift, stood for a while, a guy walked under the car, lowered it, put on mudguards, changed the carbon filter. Then a polite manager comes up and asks for payment, I went to pay and asked why everything that was written was not done, I looked at the cameras and really did not do it, he asks if everything is fine, you can pick up the car and we are waiting for you again... I didn't swear, I'll know how to use the service.
And the liquid level control was forced to be done later, it turned out for 100,000 just to lift the hood and see the presence of antifreeze and brake fluid, 2 barrels nearby.
The computer also made me look, but they didn't tell me the condition of the car or the condition of the batteries, just that there were no errors.
In general, they also have replacement transmissions. oil with a filter comes out 1,400,000, while in another service the same kit with the same manufacturer comes out 500, and for 700,000 they change the carbon filter. Highly isolated.
