It all started with placing an order and ended with the wrong bag arriving. The products are nice and stylish, but the service is just terrible. Place an order for a week, use the certificate only where you purchased it, the bag is available on the website, and when you place an order, there are no accessories ... trash. Working for brand advertising, but not coping with the flow is strong, as well as responding to messages once a day, and if you write the second one, they will tell you that it's your own fault that you wrote (they answer from the bottom). They gave me a gift, and I just spat on it, thank you. They also sent a bag made of the wrong material, and just "we apologize" ... you need to spare no money and hire staff, the bag does not cost 5 rubles, but until you order and wait, you do not want it at all.

I took a backpack from this manufacturer. Small on the outside, very roomy inside, bright neon color, excellent fittings and stitching. Yes, the price is higher than others, but the quality of the product justifies it.Now I want a bag of this brand.

Everything is terrible. Starting from the work of managers, ending with quality. The company itself creates a stir, which it cannot cope with. he takes 100% prepayment and promises to do it in 20 working days, but they never met the deadline. They come up with a lot of excuses why they can't do it during this time: they have moved 10 times, they have some problems, etc. And this is all with 100% prepayment for the product. As a result, the bag had to wait more than 1.5 months. I ordered a separate strap, they did it again for 20 working days, but they sent the wrong one!!!!!! It is impossible to find out the answer before the managers. After 2 weeks of using the bag, the accessories broke. They told me to either send it back or do it yourself. I have been waiting for the bag for 1.5 months so that in 2 weeks I would lose time again to repair it! The fittings are just awful, the bags from Alik have them 5 times better than here. On the second bag, the hardware broke after 8 months. I wrote to them in insta. They promised to deal with this and hand everything over to the head of production. As a result, nothing again. They replied that they could not help in any way and immediately wrote all the best.
Think a thousand times before you buy something there, because the quality and service can be estimated at -2.
