A good hotel is most importantly inexpensive and is located in the center for the location of all the sights. Don't count on a buffet there's none, you'll have to make your morning breakfast outside, but the conditions are good and it's inexpensive.

Awful.
The staff is lying about the cost, the receipt, etc. There is no elevator. The rooms are in terrible condition. If your toilet is intact or even exists, then you are in a suite. It's very expensive. The food is so-so. There is no water.
