This is bullshit service. Almost losing my 30 mins to wait my food. My orders were come 10-15 mins difference between 1st and 2nd.
Advise to not come here until they fix the issue and hire mire stuff. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Atmosphere is good. Service is great and fast. We did not have to wait too much for food to arrive, but I personally did not like the food. I do not remember the name, but kòfte wasn't that tasty. And thanks for free chai!

The place is very cozy. I've been there 6 or 7 times. It used to be cheaper. But the price did not affect the impression. Very tasty dishes. Each of them is juicy, tasty and high-quality. In all my visits, I have never been disappointed in this restaurant. The last time I visited this place was with the whole family. We ordered an assorted kebab for 6 people. There was a lot of stuff there. It was wonderfully delicious. Everyone liked it, everyone left well-fed and satisfied. One day I will definitely return to Buyuk Istanbul. And yes, special attention can be paid to the waiters. They work really fast. And they are very attentive to the service.
Of the disadvantages, I can only say one thing. Every time I went there, there was always a renovation of the 2nd floor. That is, the balcony. I've never been able to eat there. Or I'm so lucky that I come during the repair 😆

Total disappointment! After watching their loud advertisements, we decided to go to Buyuk Istanbul with the whole family, but in fact it turned out that this was not a restaurant, but an ordinary DINING room with terrible service. A speaker was installed on the ceiling above our table, on which sooooo loud dumb "happy birthday" music was playing every 10 minutes. A fire show was staged in the center of the hall. I wouldn't be surprised if I ever heard that the cafe burned down.
