It is a medium quality hotel, managers and employees change every year. The sea is not very good. Because it is in the area of summer cottages. That's why it has a very crowded and dirty sea. They put sunbeds in the summer residents' area, it's a constant fight, fight. The pool is nice.

Overall, it's not bad.
What didn't you like:
1. There has been no repair for a long time. The laminate is blistered, the floor is swollen so much that it is difficult to open the door to the room. There's rust everywhere in the bathroom.
There was a bad smell from the drain hole on the balcony.
2. In a restaurant, you often pick up a plate and find that it's all dirty from the bottom. It's disgusting.
I often had to run around looking for a fork, they are in short supply there. There were often not enough tables for lunch and dinner, if you sit down in the bar area, you get kicked out.
3. The a la card restaurant must be ordered a few days in advance. At the same time, there are a lot of free places, just such are the rules. There is no information in the information card in Russian, but there is one in English at the reception. Draw conclusions.
They made a fool of me and left me without a restaurant.
4. There is nothing at all within a 3.5 km radius. It's just that private houses stretch over the horizon. Personally, I was very bored. Because the place is not developed for tourism (95% of the hotel guests are Turks) no one in the area understands Russian or English, I did not dare to take a minibus to the city.
But there are stops near the hotel, if anything.
5. Hotel guide Alexander from Coral Travel is terrible. Of all the duties, only he sells excursions, knows nothing else and will not help in any way. He rarely stays at the hotel, please adjust to his schedule (I actually have a vacation here!). You need to decide where you want to go in his presence "5 minutes, time has gone!"
Once again, on the whole, I am satisfied.
I think the hotel needs to fire its marketer))). Lying has long been out of trend. They would honestly say that 3* - there would be no questions. Great!
But with 5* and the demand is different.
