We bought a closet in this store, which we really regretted. The cabinet was taken to the shopping center "Leningrad", they immediately noticed damage to the packaging, but did not unpack it because it was not convenient to transport the opened package, they said that everything could be inspected at home. At home, after opening the package, we found a broken corner of the closet door, after which we contacted the complaint department, the girl filed an application on 07/08/24 and said that the manufacture of the door took from 14 to 30 days, it did not suit us at all because we needed a wardrobe, as a result there is no closet and we have furniture in the room. 230cm, but that's not all. 06.08 24 g - 30 days as the application is still in operation, the complaint department does not respond, we call the store's phone number, they say they will call you back, no one calls back.At the end of the day, I got through myself (05. 08.24g), they said that your door was coming, it would be delivered to you next week. Today 13.08. 24 we can't get through to the advertising department, I tried to find out the numbers of the store's management, they said there was no number, they communicate in writing, probably through pigeon mail because there is no number))) All this time we are without a closet and we have furniture in our room in packages. We will appeal to the relevant authorities and the court.. because it is not possible to solve the issue normally.I can't say anything bad about Anrex furniture, but it's better not to buy it in this disgusting store!!!

An amazing store that made my dream of an ideal bedroom and living room come true thanks to the furniture of the Anrex factory. The order for furniture was made in October with the reservation that it would be needed only in January, but in fact they could accept it only at the end of February. Our furniture didn't go anywhere, everything was stored and waiting for us. Thanks also to the store for the excellent bonus in the form of a mattress pad, it is also not worth 5 rubles. We are very disappointed with the store. The website indicates that everything that was ordered is in stock. The payment was made online on September 2. After the payment was made, the consultant called back and informed that the furniture was available, but in different warehouses. She said about the delivery that she would know on Monday, because everyone has a weekend off. We didn't get a call on Monday, we called ourselves. It turned out that the furniture in the warehouses is defective, expect new furniture for 1-1.5 weeks. After 1.5 weeks, we had to call ourselves again. It turned out that the chest of drawers had not arrived, we had to wait another week. A week later, it was said to wait another week. In friday
(September 22) I had to give up the chest of drawers, bought it in another store. We agreed on delivery on September 23 from 18 to 22. On Saturday, I called at 20:55, it turns out that some kind of malfunction in the program and we are in line for delivery on Sunday. It's a mess. We will never contact this store again.

Furniture series"Magellan" from our manufacturer IOOO ANREX. The quality is great, the furniture is bright, the room has even started to look better. And, of course, it is good that there is an opportunity to make such a large purchase through a loan from Belarusbank Partner Optimal, a loan of 12% per annum for 36 months. There will be an opportunity, you can pay for a shorter period of time, the overpayment will be less. But most importantly, I want to note how Kristina Martinkevich, a sales consultant, works at the store on Lenin Street 27. Due to the basic discounts and cashback on the Kashalot card of Belgazprombank, it was slightly more profitable than directly in the Anrex store. There were always some problems with order numbers in Leningrad, they couldn't figure out which order. We sorted it out every time we were treated. There are questions about synchronization. There are some order numbers on the site, they are different when picking up. A pretty nice girl works in Leningrad. According to the documents, everything is normal. They make discounts. There are questions about the site, there are few real photos to choose from. You can do better. I applied under warranty (one plank / lamella in the bed was crooked), they changed it, though for a long time, about a month. In general, everything is fine, I will still contact you, if the conditions are favorable, I will recommend it. As for the Anrex furniture in general, I liked it, it is sound, neat, convenient to assemble, inexpensive.

Plus, they did not issue warranty cards for the equipment, when they called to resolve the issue, they first offered to come to the store, and then they said that within a week the driver would arrive and fill everything out, a week passed, no one called and did not arrive, we call ourselves, the answer is we solve your question!
