First, about the advantages, there is one: an excellent location in the very center of the city.
Now about the cons. The staff was practically absent and did not want to solve the problems at all. It took a day and more complaints to the service for us to find the remote control from the air conditioner, without which it would not turn on Booking.com . For four days there was exactly one cleaning and one change of towels.
One day I asked to give my things to the laundry. The lady from the staff accepted and probably decided that I was asking her to throw out the trash. Later, she and the entire staff denied that I had given her anything. The situation is as absurd as it is comical. Of course, I didn't go anywhere because of a pair of T-shirts and several pairs of socks - I just went and bought new ones, spending my 50 euros. But it was very frustrating to feel like an idiot in dealing with staff who couldn't even admit their mistake.
I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!
Excellent location near the central market and the Freedom Bridge. The Gellert baths are 7 minutes away at a calm pace, and the Rudash baths are 15 minutes away. It is convenient to get from the airport and back by bus 100E. The owner and staff are customer-oriented. If you are going to this hotel, be prepared for an interesting quest: it can be difficult to get into the room for the first time without detailed instructions) I recommend it to those who like to stay in old houses with an appropriate atmosphere.
The location is perfect, we had a room with a view of the Freedom Bridge, very beautiful.
Breakfast is included there, but we have never been there, because there is a cafe downstairs in the next porch where the breakfasts are excellent.
We were in winter - it was cold in the room and there were some problems with hot water. Even after turning off the faucet to full, it's still a little warm
