A very nice hotel.
The interior is clean and cozy.
Nice bright rooms. The bathroom has underfloor heating.
A refrigerator, air conditioning and a modern TV with a variety of programs.
The friendly staff will tell you everything about how and where you can go to see.
There is a shared kitchen with three large refrigerators, electric stoves. An electric kettle and a thermopod.
I really liked it, we had a rest in September 2024 from the 16th to the 26th.
Outside there is a swing for relaxing under a canopy and sun loungers for a pleasant stay.
There is a large parking lot on site.
There is WiFi.
If everything works out, then we plan a trip for next year.

Rest on the "5". Everything is divinely beautiful, the gorgeous lighting and design of the building are better than in Turkey, a huge, free territory with a modern and healthy eating area, rooms are all like in Europe, or even better, a shop is two steps away, the sea is not much further away, with the most beautiful beach in Pitsunda in a pine grove, there is its own Saros restaurant on the coast with an excellent menu. Angelica and Madina, the owners of the hotel, are wonderful and sincere people, I highly recommend 👍

The hotel is new. Angelica is trying very hard, but it is clear that she is sewing up alone. There is a parking lot. Playground, there is not enough space on the playground for parents to sit, one swing was broken, but in principle there was no queue for the second, so we survived))), a trampoline is salvation, a great idea.
There is not enough pool, I hope they will put it on. And a corner for children where they can draw and chat together.
Cleaning the room is a bit embarrassing... It's like she's gone, we lived for 4 days. A day later, a roll of paper and a garbage bag are hung on the door handle. This is not enough for a family with two children. If there was cleaning in the room, we didn't notice. The soap was lying on a napkin in the bathroom, somehow not aesthetically pleasing and strange. There is no towel hook next to the sink. There is no footrest for children under the sink.
There is not enough kettle in the room.
The towels have a strange smell.
And Wi-Fi, our pain. There was a back room on the ground floor. I only caught Wi-Fi on the phones closer to the reception. My husband works in the morning. I was forced to leave for the scarlet Sails cafe to work on their Wi-Fi. The laptop didn't feel like it at all. But I understood that our router was broken, it was repaired one evening, but the Internet never showed up.
I am writing this all in order for the founders to honor and slightly correct the work. The place, the hotel and the people in it are wonderful! I wish you prosperity.

The accommodation here was just wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and made in a modern style. There is a children's playground, a shared kitchen and a swing for relaxation. The kitchen has everything you need, there is a laundry room with a washing machine nearby. The staff is hospitable, helped us with all the questions. They will also show a short way to the sea, walking no more than 10 minutes. We liked everything

The hotel is just super, how many times have we been to Abkhazia, in Pitsunda, but for the first time we got into such a modern, beautiful, new hotel, I really liked it, all the amenities are at a height, the sea is 7 minutes, the kitchen is excellent, 2 large refrigerators, everything is convenient for eating, Angelica the receptionist is very pleasant , a kind and responsive girl, she will always ask, be interested and help, parking is nearby, very convenient, the rooms are just a bomb, we will drive here all the time, I highly recommend it

The best place we've been! First of all, beautiful rooms with beautiful views, 8-10 minutes walk to the sea, a shop is 2 minutes away, the territory is very nice and cozy, there is even a common fuck where everything is clean and convenient, I definitely advise you to visit here!

We lived as a family, went to the beach by car with a baby. 10 minutes on foot. The hotel is new. Outdoor summer kitchen. The staff is very hospitable!
Own parking. We lived for 4 days and the room was not cleaned.
Shampoos/ There were no brushes. Take it with you. There is a hair dryer. The iron is on the 1st floor. There is even a washing machine.
The beach at the FSB territory is simply amazing. Further to the fish factory it is dirty and crowded.

I would love to stay there, not that I would stay again, I would live with them!
First of all, everything is very new, absolutely! 🔥
Secondly, the cleanliness is perfectly monitored;
Thirdly, the sea is just around the corner, 10 minutes slowly, but if you are very tired, then the hotel has a shuttle service, you will be taken for free;
Fourth, there is a delicious cafe nearby - within walking distance;
Fifthly, it is very quiet and peaceful, at most birds and roosters are somewhere in the distance.
She told me the main thing, and in the future they plan to build a swimming pool there in 2025, so that you can refresh yourself!
We really liked it! And we chose this hotel without a single review, we checked it out!
And we are still quibblers😁

Since we were the first guests of the hotel, I will write a very detailed review. We booked in advance, made an advance payment online in the amount of 20% of the cost, worried, since the hotel did not have a single review, but after talking on the phone with a hotel employee, doubts disappeared. The hotel is gorgeous, everything is done with high quality and taste, the photos are real. The hotel staff is as responsive and friendly as possible, they will help with everything (you can wash, iron, ask for cleaning or book a tour).
The hotel is located close to the sea (10 minutes at a leisurely pace), but even so there is a transfer to the sea, used when you were very tired or it was a hot day.
There is a beautiful pine forest nearby, right along the shore, you can sit in the shade or just take a walk.
The shore is good, small pebbles, the water is just crystal clear!
There is Wi-Fi, a summer kitchen, a barbecue area, a playground, parking, and a comfortable swing to relax. They ate mostly in a golden pomegranate. There is also a store right next to it.
I recommend the hotel, we will come back again and advise our friends.

We had a rest in the second half of July, we were one of the first guests of the hotel.
It's not our first time in Abkhazia and we expected that there would be some kind of catch, despite the beautiful photos of the rooms.)))
But no, everything is fine, European-level rooms, a feeling of fresh renovation, cleanliness and comfort.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but there are also good cafes nearby - we went to the golden pomegranate and Katrina.
We walked to the beach, 15 minutes, the road is to that part of the beach where there is a pine grove, and it's very cool!
In general, I liked everything!

I took off one star for:
- payment in cash only
- the old watering can
- no soap
- lack of complimentary water
- no kettle, tea
- there are 2 mattresses on the bed, constantly falling into a hole. I had to sleep with my arms around each other.
