We purchased an apartment in this residential complex, euro-two-room. The quadrature is not large, 51m2. But here's what I want to say about the Buta Legacy residential complex - the LCD is not bad. Under recent circumstances that occurred at the beginning of the 24th year (seismic activity), my wife and I were looking for just such a housing option, i.e. not high-rise, with a nice facade and an acceptable price.
