I strongly do not recommend this organization! Unscrupulous, incorrect, they sell obviously defective spare parts! I called the specified phone number for the purchase of fuel injectors, articles 018794, 018796, 010963, at a price of 31 rubles. When I asked why it was so cheap, the manager replied that they had been lying for a long time, so the price was reduced. According to the manager, the workers. In fact, when I arrived at the warehouse, they brought these nozzles, and they were already marked with three different colors, and they marked me with the fourth color. They also have an autostrong-m tag on them. One nozzle is marked "X", which means that the nozzle is defective. When I asked why there were so many tags, why the autostrong tag, why the "X" tag, the employee said I don't know, I've been working here recently! Even then, I realized that the product was defective, but I took two injectors on principle! The nozzle under the article 010963 is still on sale! A separate story at the checkout, where the employee talked as if I owed him something and did not return it, to my questions what kind of documents (a form warning that the refund is only with a test plan!) the answer was in the greyhound form "to return with tests"! Already at this point, I wanted to get out of there! I took the injectors to a certified fuel system service for inspection, paid for the inspection procedure (the amount that no one will refund me in case of a faulty spare part!) and I got the conclusion that one nozzle is in the wedge, the second is pouring and is faulty! The injectors were marked "wedge" and "X"! I received the relevant test plans along with the injectors in a sealed package! In this form, I brought the goods to the warehouse and handed them over for a refund! I also explained to the staff that the product was unusable and asked why they sold it to me, knowing for sure that they were defective! I received an answer that they were returned simply because they did not fit someone, but there was no answer to the question of you having a refund only with test plans! I returned the injectors, of course, no one returned the amount for the check! The next day, the same nozzles, with the same articles!!! I brought you the test plans, that they are faulty!!! Why are you selling them again??? Counting on a fool???
