A convenient center, there is literally everything you need. I went there for courses, there is a restroom on each floor, everything is clean, neat and pleasant. There are shops and cafes on the ground floors, so you don't have to go outside to freeze (especially in winter) and you can even go down quickly during a break and get yourself some food. There are photocopies on the top floor, and much more, very convenient, all in one building!

Hi. Clean, cozy, beautiful there is a cafe area, the elevator is fast, convenient location, friendly people in the business center, so don't go in with negativity, knock with your feet in front of the entrance and everything will be fine with you, thank you very much for the time of reading haha haha so far.

The building is of very low quality, which claims to be high - the feature is sold out premises for many owners, which allows small businesses in the city center to rent a small space for adequate money. However, we must be prepared for the fact that the state of engineering systems, climate, cleanliness will be close to low quality, and there will also be a passageway of visitors despite the security due to the fact that the business center also has a share of retail business with visitors from the street. An excellent plus, of course, is the infrastructure: a coffee shop, a dining room and even a restaurant with live music all without leaving the building.
