The organisation, the effectiveness, the planning, and on top of the driver were just perfect.We had a wonderful experience with our driver, Sergey. He drove us safely and comfortably all the way to Armenia. Sergey was very professional, punctual, and friendly throughout the journey. He made sure we were comfortable and even helped us with everything we needed along the way. We truly appreciated his careful driving and kind attitude. Good afternoon! Thank you for the wonderful trip to Yerevan. The guide is smart, tells everything in an accessible way and is very interesting. The driver drove carefully everywhere. We flew in with friends for a vacation. Everyone is very impressed. They took us to picturesque places, fed us various delicacies, and treated us to coffee and wine. I would like to express my special gratitude to our driver Armen. Very pleasant, courteous, we did not take a guide. But we didn't need it with him. I would like to share my positive experience of cooperation with the Bus Tour travel operator. The rest was excellent thanks to the professionalism of the agency staff!
Tour organization: the booking process turned out to be simple and convenient — the manager quickly selected the appropriate option, consulted in detail about all the nuances of the trip.
Service: the staff were attentive and courteous, promptly resolved any issues that arose and ensured a comfortable stay throughout the rest.
Hotel and food: the hotel met the stated characteristics, the service was at a high level, the food was varied and delicious.
Separately, I would like to mention the tour organized by the agency — the rich program allowed us to see the most interesting places in the region, the guide told many fascinating stories and historical facts.
Now I plan to relax only with them!

We had a vacation with a company from Moscow in March. I really liked this tour operator. We drove to such interesting, beautiful and historical places, and I am still impressed. The people are all hospitable. You can speak Russian with almost everyone.
Cafes and restaurants on the way where we stopped for a snack, everywhere it was very tasty and not expensive. I visited a wine factory in Armenia, tasted wine and bought some more with me. I really want to return to this route again in the summer, swim and sunbathe on Sevan, visit Dilijan, where the water occupies the 2nd place in the world, and the 1st, as you probably heard in San Francisco)😉

I was the organizer of the trip. I negotiated with Hakob, and everything was very clear and customer-oriented. We picked up a car that was even bigger and more comfortable than we had originally discussed. Sergey's driver is van Love. I have never met such a sensitive, caring, intelligent driver with perfect musical taste, but I have been interacting with different drivers for 7 years and there is something to compare. In general, they are the only ones in Armenia💔💔💔

We went on a tour of Armenia in April. We used the company's service, and the driver Sergey accompanied us all the days. Comfortable Mercedes Sprinter bus, clean, new. Special thanks to the driver Sergey for his hospitality and attentive attitude. Pleasant communication, politeness, appropriate humor, 100% customer orientation - all this is provided by the driver throughout the trip. A professional in his field (you don't worry about the long journey), and a nice bonus is shooting from a quadcopter!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the transport company and personally to Hakob for the excellent organization of our three-day stay in Armenia! We are a group of 16 colleagues, we came from Germany, and we were absolutely delighted with the service.
