We used the services of this tour operator for the first time (and did not miss it) and went to Kabardinka. We were 100% satisfied with the rest and the trip. We rode on a Neoplan (although the bus is not new, but at least I was very comfortable (there was enough legroom between the seats, the air conditioner was working, there were rechargers). I would like to express MY GREAT GRATITUDE: - accompanying Vera is a wonderful person and a specialist. - to the drivers (Sergey and Leonid) for a comfortable trip. -to the manager (unfortunately I don't remember the name) for prompt answers to questions (and there were quite a few of them) before the trip.

Uncomfortable buses, drivers with little experience. The travel agency is not responsible for the tours offered and what is paid for in them. Buffet breakfast - 1 cheesecake, egg, loaf with butter. Continental Anapa is a savdep hotel, the staff is good, you don't pay for food on tour - it's not food. Anapa is beautiful, but the way home again by bus is very inconvenient, even the students are tired. In addition, I was offered to meet my daughter at night not in the city, but to drive up to the ring road by 1 a.m.???!!!) I refused, I'm fine. I do not advise anyone who is 30+.My daughter went!!!If I went, I would write a complaint to the Ministry!P.s.an experienced driver demolished a gas station on that trip!!! Is it too much for your company to apologize for the inconvenience??? That's the face of professionalism!!!
