I have been a regular customer of the brand for almost 10 years, so I consider it important to share my opinion.
Over the past 3 years, I have noticed a change in the approach to product design, not for the better, alas. There are a lot of models of solid black color, which creates a feeling of gloom.
However, I decided to spend my time writing this appeal, including because of how the store in Gomel was disfigured by repairs. I used to come to a bright, warm-colored room, and a recent renovation turned this room into a "damp basement", since the entire perimeter of the room was repainted in gray concrete.
The quality of the repair leaves much to be desired, see the photo. I think the administration of the enterprise will be curious to look at the photo report of the repair work done without retouching. A convincing recommendation is, at least, to UPDATE the wall painting in white.
I also express the wish that hired designers will start listening to the store administration, which works with the client, knows what the client needs to keep him and increase sales volumes. The design of the retail space plays an important role here.
I give 5 stars to the store's staff, and feedback to the attention of the company's management.

After reading the last review, I decided to write my own anyway. In 2021, after a severe form of covid, respectively, with a large volume of medicines, decided to "walk" the jacket of this company, which was recently purchased. It's hard to say what happened: heat, sorry, sweat, possibly drug concentration. The result: in places that were in direct contact with wet skin, the fabric faded. Contacting the store, I received an official response, the essence of which is: I washed it in bleach myself.... Moreover, it can be seen from the product that the color change along the folds is absolutely not the effect of bleach. I admit that this is related to the high concentration of drugs in the body and the effect on tissue through wet skin. With an adequate answer, there would be no questions. Good afternoon. I am a frequent buyer of your clothes. I bought a light jacket in your store in Gomel on 11/25/2022. She wore it only once and there were dark spots on her-streaks on her back and on her right arm. I contacted the store with this problem, they advised me to use wipes to remove stains. The napkins didn't help. I didn't wear this jacket anymore. Today, on 11.12.2022, I found the same spots on the left arm and all over the front of the jacket. Is it possible to exchange this product or refund money, because the thing is not cheap. I am attaching a photo. I really ask for help in this situation.
