And the very process of eating has turned into a process of eating semi-finished products, for which neither plates, nor spoons, nor, God forbid, knives are needed. All hands, all on the run. I would like to know where we are running and for what. Neither the institution nor, moreover, the employees are to blame - they are put in such conditions and standards, as I have already said - everything is clean, fast, polite. Thanks!

There are no complaints about the food.
But there is for the rest.
The number of packages per order is unclear.
9 items, one package, and everything is "crammed".
It happens every time.
If there are more than 5 items in the order, you can safely "miss" one of them.
Of my 5 orders in the last 2 months, 5 items were not delivered.(And how do I check if everything is in one bag and sprinkled with my ordered potatoes?)
I take it and leave, so as not to be in this institution and not delay the queue, and upon arrival at the place of eating, I feel sad because of the lack of goods.

I really hope that the management will see this review, first of all, pay attention to the absolutely untrained staff who, at some request, directly says that they don't know how to do it, they gave the ice cream order with a fork (they asked for a spoon without any problems) a guy in branded clothes ran around the kitchen looking for a spoon and asked everyone where the spoons were in if there are no spoons, eat with a fork) At 2 it is almost impossible to sit down because of teenagers running around the hall, the administration does not monitor in any way, the homeless are sitting quietly. The sale is carried out without a cash receipt, before the first call of the Cog.

We ordered food for delivery from this restaurant. We were very disappointed and we won't be returning to Burger King any time soon. For a lot of money, we received wet packaging, cold food, the order was not delivered completely, but what was brought was not reported to the snack box, and the burgers were in poor condition, of course the picture is good on the website, and in my photo you can see what the Angus Parmegiano burger really looks like.

After talking with the manager of the restaurant, it became clear that they were aware of this situation, but "they can't do anything", it's funny and sad that their favorite institution has slipped into a walk-through diner, there is no desire to visit it anymore..
Upd1:I often eat here, and lately this place has been filled with teenage beggars, this is some kind of horror, then they ask for a glass, then a receipt to pour drinks (and the number of pours is limited), then even money! Cola is poured with other people directly into bags! The last time they came up as many as 3 times while I was sitting, which prompted me to add a review, in general, it STRONGLY affects the desire to visit this restaurant. There used to be an administrator who monitored this, now that he's not here, it's just unpleasant to eat, among these running, loud and begging teenagers, just ugh..

These are aggressive teenagers. They make noise, smoke, buy 1 soda for 10 people and sit for 10 hours. They spoil the whole atmosphere. A couple of times they are called to the police.

It was impossible to hold him.They asked for a bag with handles, as it was inconvenient to carry, to which they received the answer "we can't give it to you and something else..."

The service is excellent, managers, staff, everyone tries to meet the standards, and thanks to the hall administrator, there is always cleanliness and order!!! With food, orders, etc. for all the time (and I come here periodically), we have never messed up, everything is always delicious and fast enough!!!
But there is always a "BUT" periodically there are no places to sit down and eat because a lot of kids / teenagers buy a glass of drink and sit here all day, but this is more a question of educating these individuals))) there are no complaints about the institution itself, the staff, the kitchen, etc.!!! At least a huge thank you to the staff and the restaurant chain that there is no huge gray mass of inadequates (as in the neighboring institution) who just came with their hot drinks in the 2l format and drink from taking up space)))
Overall, the assessment is positive thanks to the efforts and positivity of the staff!!!

But as a result, so far we have to go again in the 2nd direction and the rest of the food is already cold by that time, in short, what I expected did not get in the end.
I think that my task was to pay, and their task was to issue an order, I coped with my task, they think not. If it was possible to put it lower, I would put it.
