Since the train station is always full of people. But the employees are coping 100%. Everything is always clear and fast. There are few places with tables, but they are no longer needed (and it is unrealistic to install them), it is still a train station and a waiting room. If I need a quick snack before departure, I know for sure that it's better to go here.
Unfortunately, visiting this institution left unpleasant impressions due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager Daria Parakhnevich. Instead of helping and resolving the issues that arose, she allowed herself to be rude and rude, which is absolutely unacceptable for an employee responsible for customer service.
However, I want to express my huge thanks to Pavel Nikolsky! This man is a real godsend for your establishment. Pavel showed incredible patience, attentiveness and a sincere desire to help, despite the difficulties. He literally saved my visit with his professionalism and kindness. Thanks to his excellent work, I can't help but give him three stars. If all employees worked with the same enthusiasm and customer care as Pavel, your restaurant would become a model of service.
Excellent staff. Such "food" does not cost that much. The atmosphere is terrible, the tables and chairs are small and it is not comfortable to sit shoulder to shoulder looking at each other. Chemical products, children are not allowed to eat. There is a risk of obesity from the constant consumption of such "food".
