Unfortunately, visiting this institution left unpleasant impressions due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager Daria Parakhnevich. Instead of helping and resolving the issues that arose, she allowed herself to be rude and rude, which is absolutely unacceptable for an employee responsible for customer service. However, I want to express my huge thanks to Pavel Nikolsky! This man is a real godsend for your establishment. Pavel showed incredible patience, attentiveness and a sincere desire to help, despite the difficulties. He literally saved my visit with his professionalism and kindness. Thanks to his excellent work, I can't help but give him three stars. If all employees worked with the same enthusiasm and customer care as Pavel, your restaurant would become a model of service.
