We were very afraid to go because of the bad reviews, but we were probably lucky. We ordered a couple of sets, everything is delicious, just like in a regular burger king. The cola is slightly diluted, as it is everywhere from concentrate. The burgers are delicious. The potatoes are ordinary, they were all eaten. They just didn't let us choose the sauces, or we didn't understand what to choose.
The order number is spoken in Turkish, we don't know the language, but they nodded at us separately. The menu is in English, we ordered in English, they understood us.
Either my expectations were lower, or it's just a good BC.

I decided to leave a review due to the fact that the order was not fully formed
We ordered Aile menüsü. Judging by the receipt, there should have been 14 positions along with the receipt.
We were given two positions and a toy. I decided to check the toy right away before leaving the institution, and they gave it to us. And when we came to the room, we saw that one burger and sauce were missing.
The burger was eventually finished, but with a face like we went to their house and demanded something personal.
I would put it down to inattention if it was about one toy. But the whole situation looks very strange.
I hope you will have more luck, but I recommend checking the composition of the order before leaving the cafe so that you do not have to return 🤓

Often sticky floors. There is no electronic scoreboard for tracking the order, they shout out the number only in Turkish.
The taste of the food is unusual and different from the Burger King of Russia. But this is the case in all countries, there are their own taste characteristics. For example, fish are very fatty, there is no cheese sauce, potatoes are cut differently :)
