The food is delicious. Well done for coming up with a mini playground, that's the only reason we went there, so that it would be good for us and the child. The downside is teenagers who come there in droves, buy one Coke for everyone and sit there on their phones. Because of them, disadvantages arise, a mess in the toilet, feet in shoes are placed on chairs, or even better on a table.

What can I say: The food is delicious, the ice cream is chocolate/caramel - TOP. But we won't come to this place anymore! The landing is dirty, it feels like it hasn't been swept for weeks. Tables are not wiped at all, there is garbage on the tables, spilled drinks. I understand that people should clean up after themselves and throw them in a container. Unfortunately, not EVERYONE does THIS! And this should be monitored periodically by the staff of the institution. I haven't seen any of the staff on the second floor in 1.5 hours. There are a lot of teenagers who smoke vapes in the gym and swear when small children play nearby in the play area... The only plus is the friendly red-haired girl who helped place the order and politely explained what was going on, since this was our first time at this place.

If it were possible not to put stars at all, I would not have put them. The absolute indifference of the staff and, accordingly, the cafe administration to customer service. Advantages? I don't have them, I want to spit out everything I've eaten from what I've seen in this place. Drunk people who fall to the floor from a chair and children look at all this, dirty tables that everyone, from the word at all, does not care. Teenagers are constantly wandering around in droves in search of a check with a QR code to get drunk for free or take a queue to the toilet. There is a children's playpen, a small one in which there should have been a dry pool when sliding down a slide, but it is not there either. In general, not a foot in here anymore, clutter and disregard.
