I don't really understand why such a place should be made in a "sleeping" area. There are residential buildings nearby. Everyone can have a PROPER meal or snack at home. Not this unhealthy food. Moreover, you can buy all kinds of filth in the supermarket, where there are still some eateries of this type.... They work here as everywhere else: they are friendly, cook according to a given recipe (nothing complicated), clean, smile, etc., except that they are a little calmer and more relaxed than in the city center in a lively place.
