I visit this catering establishment for lunch a couple of times a week. What I would like to note. Everything is quite edible and fresh, but there are moments in waiting time. Even when there are few people in line, the conditional combo set has to wait decently for this level of fast food. Well, we need to do something about cleanliness, it is very lacking. The eternally clogged 2 urns are proof of this. The trays have been missing lately. For example, when ordering on the spot, you are given food in a paper bag, which is not very convenient, especially at a small table. When I asked the employee for a tray, he said that they were out. What can I say about this place, it is very conveniently done on Partizansky in the green,next to both burger King and dodo pizza,we were there for the first time, ourselves from Mogilev, ordered two pizzas at dodo pizza for the price of one because it was Tuesday, while waiting for pizza, we ordered a snack at burger king.you know, the food in the burger king in Minsk is much tastier than in Mogilev, everything is cooked much faster, so come and enjoy a delicious meal.By the way, pizzas in dodo pizza also went with a bang, but they do not differ much from Mogilev ones.

On April 7, 2024, I visited your restaurant at 182 Partizansky Ave., Minsk. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the work of the staff, especially the hall administrator, who watched us all the time and created an unpleasant feeling.
When we got up and were about to leave, the receptionist reminded us that we hadn't cleared the table. To this I replied that it was my right, not my duty. The receptionist rudely compared me to a pig and continued to insult me.
I made an entry in the book of comments and suggestions and I think that such behavior is a disgrace to Burger King Belarus and unacceptable for an employee working with people (and not just with a mop and broom).
Although I have been your regular customer for many years, this is the first time I have been so insulted.

They make orders very slowly, they get confused all the time both when accepting and when giving an order. The choice of where to have a quick snack in the area is not great, so I went to Burger King. I was waiting for the car to be washed at a nearby car wash.
