On April 7, 2024, I visited your restaurant at 182 Partizansky Ave., Minsk. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the work of the staff, especially the hall administrator, who watched us all the time and created an unpleasant feeling.
When we got up and were about to leave, the receptionist reminded us that we hadn't cleared the table. To this I replied that it was my right, not my duty. The receptionist rudely compared me to a pig and continued to insult me.
I made an entry in the book of comments and suggestions and I think that such behavior is a disgrace to Burger King Belarus and unacceptable for an employee working with people (and not just with a mop and broom).
Although I have been your regular customer for many years, this is the first time I have been so insulted.
