Delivery on 30.12 at 20:30 worked disgusting !. We made the delivery, brought it without warning later. Dmitry Karpovich, the courier, just threw the package into his hands and said everything. Then he ran away .There was no receipt.
The order was not fully delivered, 2 out of 7 items were missing (by 8,7rubles). I think there would be a payment to the courier, I would look at it. After contacting Ruban's manager Valery, there were 2 solutions - a certificate (it is unclear what)who will someday reset the call center by SMS and deliver the order in an hour !
Knowing the work of the company is very very piggy!!!
