It was yesterday. I came and ordered a burger, potatoes and cheese sauce, ordered through an electronic scoreboard, I did not get a receipt, I did not have time to take a picture of the order number. I went to figure it out, my order was not there and they told me that they would call the administrator, so they didn't call him. I showed them the receipt and they told me that they couldn't help me, and they didn't return the money either. I ate their air for free. At the very least, we could have looked at the cameras to make sure that I really made an order.
The place looks new and fresh.
The following claims are made to the quality of service:
1. I was at 10:15 to get 2 cocktails. I was told in a rather unpleasant way to go to the self-service ticket offices if I had a card.
2. The first cocktail was made quickly. But I waited another 10 minutes for the second one. I would understand if there really was some kind of workload. But no... The girl behind the counter just left in an unknown direction.
3. When the collection came, I couldn't stand it and loudly called this girl.
4. She asked: "What are you waiting for?".. I was shocked to answer that my order....
5. I asked for a stand and this is the only thing that went well in this restaurant. Thank you 🫶
6. Unfortunately, one cocktail had to be large and strawberry, and the other small and chocolate. As a result, both are without any filler / syrup.
I didn't have time to go back to write a complaint.
When the girl was making a chocolate little cocktail, she was definitely looking at the glass. If you need time to calibrate the syrup in the morning, guests can be asked to wait rather than just give them a mixture without syrup.
Ice cream with a cocktail was brought quickly, but there is no cleanliness of the new point, the same unpleasant audience of teenagers swearing at the whole hall, a meager menu of chicken burgers. And the most unpleasant thing is Pepsi with the smell of chlorine, as it already happened at the point on the Stone Hill.
