I wanted the atmosphere to be better. There are a lot of teenagers who come to buy one Pepsi, take up all the sofas and sit all day for free WiFi, chatter, make noise, behave inappropriately at times.
The interior is already a little bit dirty. We could have already done cosmetic repairs, freshen up the space, as they say.
The waiting time on weekends is especially long +- 15 minutes have to wait for the order.

We stopped by for a quick snack. The food is delicious, no doubt. But, unfortunately, the advantages end there. We chose a coupon order, and were refused at the checkout, as we were told that the coupons at the checkout and in the application are different. We chose a coupon that is available at the checkout in the menu, but also received 3 refusals, since there were no necessary glasses. I had to look for a bank to put money on the card and place an order through the app. After receiving the order, when the drink is set, when the glass is half full, water begins to pour and the entire contents of the glass begins to foam and pour out, because of this, there is always a puddle and a slippery floor on the floor. I managed to get the right drink 3-4 times. The surprises didn't end there. We took the order with us. When they came home, they found that there were no napkins at all and 1 sauce was missing. There is a repeated story about sauces. The kitchen is wonderful, but the staff serving the visitors leaves much to be desired.

It's a hellish place, always a crowd of people, noisy, long wait for an order, about 30-40 minutes. The staff can not cope with the preparation of orders, cleaning of the hall and san.nodes. Since there are available fast food outlets nearby, it is better to choose another place for a snack while shopping or for a relaxing holiday.

I was there today, everything was delicious, but the staff did not walk around the hall at all and did not clean. I poured myself a soda through the kewar code, the children ran up and started pouring it, and so almost to everyone who poured it. There were 2 employees standing next to me, either security guards or cleaners, but even they didn't do anything. The sediment remained disgusting. A group of teenagers/children were sitting right next to us, that's how these children ran up and poured without asking, they didn't order anything else. I'm not greedy, if they asked, I would punch them a soda, but the way they look like some kind of beggars is unpleasant to my soul. Why doesn't the staff do anything about it? It's a pity I didn't stay long and didn't have time to go to the complaint book or talk to the staff.
I'm not coming back here anymore.

Half of the tables are occupied only by garbage, not by visitors. The floor is dirty. Visiting this place caused not the most pleasant emotions. There are no questions specifically about the kitchen.
