It's nonsense when two cups of coffee and three cheese balls have to wait for 25 minutes or half an hour. And at the same time, such situations always arise when the arrival of people increases (morning/evening, holidays). And it's obviously not about the kitchen (burgers are made neatly and quickly), but about the number of people on the delivery list - there are only two people.
After all, BK is primarily a fast food restaurant, not a family restaurant. By saving on staff, the management of the establishment cuts off people who need to take food/ drink on the run and leave.

The worst possible place for children . During the YEARS of visiting the institution, I noticed that they did not control access to the "children's arena" with balloons. Fifteen - year - olds and possibly older will climb in there . I will say that there is a line nearby , as in all similar establishments , which limits the height tolerance . But he is ignored by both employees and unscrupulous parents . If you start complaining , there is no reaction . The disgusting attitude towards visitors gives a relaxed attitude and forms the same team . At the time of the review, the company was seen in the restaurant in a drunken state shouting - braaatan! Bratttuhaa! That's all you need to know about this place and the staff. Unfortunately, the only place where our child can jump under the supervision of dad while mom is in the store buying groceries.... It would be possible not to even come close to such a restaurant.

It's a terrible place. It smells damp inside, the tables are wobbly, the light bulbs are not working. Everything is dirty, garbage falls out of the bins (probably because of this, antisocial people hang out here). Order 2 rolls, 9 nuggets and potatoes, you need to wait 25 minutes when there are 4 orders on the screen. I would like to wait for a warning about waiting! I don't recommend going in.
