Let's start right away with the huge disadvantages that I hope will be fixed in the future. In one of the screens for orders, the terminal does not work, because of which I had to type the order three times. After that, we tried to find a clean place, as most of the tables look stained with something viscous and unpleasant. Further, the staff was very upset because of which it took a very long time to wait for the order, although it was one of the first and was not very large, although the scoreboard showed that it was ready, but the girl at the checkout said several times that she would wait a couple more minutes, while subsequent orders were already quietly issued. The toilets were also dirty. There were no antiseptics available either, although there were devices for them. Of the advantages, for which, in fact, the institution received two stars: ice cream, potatoes and burgers were delicious

It's not often that I go to this particular Burger king, but the last two times that I've been, I've had my order ruined twice.
For the first time (the order was placed through a vending machine) I indicated a burger without onions. But as a result, the onion was there. And not a small piece that flew in by accident, but a hefty thick ring of fresh onions!
It's a mess, not the worst thing, it can be successfully obtained (but not everyone prefers to climb into their burger with such manipulations). As a result, the impression dropped.
For the second time (the order has already been placed through the cashier and it was accepted by a person) I ordered a novelty, it's a Bialowieza burger. I ordered a double one (with two cutlets).
The first thing that confused me was the price is slightly higher than in the vending machine, but it turned out that this is an additional sauce. They didn't put onions this time, everything is fine. But, after a while, when I was eating a burger (it tastes good), I noticed that there was only one cutlet. I took the receipt, checked the order, it clearly said double. I specially went to the vending machine to look at the picture and there really should be 2 cutlets! Since the burger was already 70% eaten, I did not go to sort things out with the staff.
The impression was spoiled and the appearance of the burger is not the same as stated (for example, juicy pieces of bacon on the picture, but in fact there is a slice of ordinary ham, which is not even close to bacon!)
The human factor has not been canceled by anyone, but these guys are a joint!

As soon as they came up, some kind of burger was offered, I don't remember what it was, they said it was a novelty, but I didn't ask for it, especially for 13 rubles they wouldn't take it, this is a minus, plus the cashier was so polite that sometimes I felt sick, personally I don't like it I just wanted him to say yes/ no and see you, constant recommendations of sauces, additives and everything else, there was an attitude that we were on the Skidel market. In general, the restaurant is very good, I take away the point for the cashier...

Secondly, the bank card payment terminal in one of the self-ordering displays did not work. Еда здесь неплохая, но есть одно НО...
Здесь самый ужасный туалет в городе. Всегда грязный унитаз, куча мусора на полу, мусорка в максимально неудобном месте, редко бывает туалетная бумага. Как и писали ранее, сюда ходят все. Запах просто ужасен. Пусть сделают как в Минске – проход в туалет по коду в чеке, так станет немного лучше. И чистите мусорки почаще, они всегда доверху. И лучше ходите в платный туалет на автовокзале, хоть и не посидишь там, но всегда чисто и не воняет.

Совмещённое пространство с Додо пиццей, поэтому аналогичная оценка и отзыв.
Еда в целом устраивает, здание расположено удобно, в центре города напротив автовокзала.
Но такая низкая оценка не связана с едой.
Она связана с БОМЖАМИ которые там вечером постоянно находятся. Руководству данного заведения однозначно нужно как-то решать эту проблему, запах невыносимый, и как средство очень грязные туалеты.

Оба туалета в заведении закрыты, поэтому нужно научиться писать в трусы и мыть руки слюной. Стол был грязный, после пересадки за другой(слегка чище), я принялся за трапезу Картошка подгулявшая, как и мясо в х2 воппере, даже хрустит по краям, помидор пришлось достать, т.к. было не понятно жареный или вяленый он. Чай липтон залетел отлично, но был вынужден оплатить 1р в туалете на автовокзале. Крайняя степень неуважения к клиенту. Лучший БК был в 2015 на каменке.

Как и все БК с обычным меню по всем городам страны. Разве что скорость работы не очень впечатляет. Чуть живее надо . Даже когда нет людей , скорость работы страдает . А в целом все отлично. Чисто и просторно.

Брал заказ по купону 4218, стоимость 15р с копейками. По кассе пробили 19 рублей 80 копеек. Позвали Администратора, я предъявил чек и купон. Она сказала что все решит через 15 минут. Подойдя через 15 минут, сказала нужно еще 20 минут. ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНОЕ ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ! Не советую посещать это заведение! Ничего так и не решили. Ждать столько у меня не было времени.

постоянно грязный пол, столы все в крошках. мусор оставленный после людей на сиденьях так и остаётся лежать, никому до него нет дела. бургеры сухие, соотношение цены и качества разнятся. то что мы видим на экране, и то, что получаем в итоге совершенно разные вещи..... сплошной обман

Очень медленно обслуживают, непозволительно для предприятия быстрого питания. Мужской 🚹 туалет сломан. Посадочных мест мало и сами они маленькие, большинство на одного человека. Заказ не доложили, пришлось при проверке бегать и требовать картошка фри 🍟, которая была оплачена.

Ну, бк он и везде бк, время ожидания не отличается от других, бургеры в разных местах по-разному готовят, когда-то что-то не уберут как указано, когда-то не доложат, короче к самому заведению вопросов мало, а к персоналу стоило бы приглядеться,в частности ко внимательности.

Последний месяц, просто треш.... Вкус на нуле, обслуживание также, покупала ребёнку лаки бокс нагентсы стали просто жесть, в планировке-сухарь, думала, опять зависит от смены работников, но к сожалению нет. От смены зависит соль в картохе и мясо в бургерах
