The attitude to work leaves much to be desired. I understand that we are all human beings, capable of getting tired and making mistakes, but this is just irresponsibility. We ordered a burger, and the cutlet inside turned out to be raw, or rather fried around the edges, and inside was raw minced meat. The second time we "eat" specifically at burger king here (no such problems were noticed at other points) and the second time we did not like the service and cooking. The burger was redone, but even a verbal apology was not received, there is no standard politeness and manner. Since you've already decided to write a review, I want to say something more about cleaning the gym.… Apparently, it is held quite rarely, every table and seat is dirty and sticky.. to put it mildly, the sanitation is complete.

Another disappointment from this institution. With enviable regularity, the order is not fully collected, and if in previous times it was for one position, then the last time they did not put in a whole combo. The entire order was overdrawn for comment and finished with a distorted face, they did not hear about apologies here and do not consider it necessary. Yesterday we decided to place an order in the drive and it was not issued, because the girl had absolutely no information about the menu, the composition of positions and combos. As a result, the order was not placed even in the institution itself, everyone was so busy that no one came to the cashier.

We stopped at a Burger on the crown, took everything with us. We ordered 2 burgers, 1 with beef, 1 with chicken, put 2 with beef. Nuggets 6 pcs, put 3 pcs. They didn't give me any tubes for drinks either. There were no sauces either.. The order was waited for about 30 minutes.. Terrible, terrible service. They don't want to work, from the word at all…

14.10.23 somewhere at 9:15 I went to have a snack. I chose Caesar and raspberry cocktail. I tried to pay, the payment terminal did not work. I stood in the next seat, ordered the same thing, paid, waited, took the order. I sat down to breakfast and saw that there was no chicken in the salad, from the word at all. I approached the guy at the checkout, asked a question, he replied that it should not be there, they say only greens (spoiler: it should be there). There was no such position as these salads on the site at all. While I was sorting it out, it was time to leave. In the end, I didn't eat anything. It was not realistic to pull a cocktail through a straw, just a piece of ice cream and a little sour syrup at the bottom. Maybe it's just a shift like that got caught…

The service is just awful, while preparing a takeaway order (only 4 burgers and a glass of Cola), they managed to give one of the burgers to other people, and we stayed waiting and waited for 20 minutes. Of course, there were no apologies. One of the burgers was a Grand Cheese, the cutlet was burnt, the cheese was just thrown in a piece, not even bothering to cut (photo attached). The cherry on the cake - they put one napkin on 4 burgers, the rest apparently had to lick their fingers... The impression is disgusting from this particular point.

The food was a standard set of burgers, but since there were no people in the queue, everything was done quickly, and there was no way to adequately assess the waiting time at the time of the influx of visitors. You can come with children, there is a game room nearby, although it is advisable not to leave it unattended. According to the staff, everything is also standard for BC. But it's unusual with drinks, the counter with taps is behind the counter. I did not specify about unlimited, because I was completely drunk with 1 glass.

I was at this institution around 22:00.
As for the staff, I can say that when my order was accepted, a burger, I expected the order within 15 minutes.
The staff is sluggish and I understand there are not enough people.
The atmosphere is like everywhere else, it will go.
The waiting time is 15 minutes, a very long time, since the mall was already closing and yet I waited so long, I even thought about canceling the order, it's a pity that I didn't cancel it.
Food is something worth working on, since I was served a burger with a cold cutlet, I ask that the management monitor the cooking and there were no such incidents, it was really not pleasant, I'm not so picky, but it's really terrible and I didn't finish this burger because of the cutlet.
The interior is ordinary.
I didn't take any drinks.
There are many dishes to choose from, but the most important thing is to cook them properly.
