I have never seen such slow service without a staff load in a fast food restaurant. And it's not just once, but every time we go there. Waiting for a pie for 15 minutes and then hearing how they basically forgot about it ... there is no queue, they have a maximum of 5 orders on the board for delivery and we are waiting for the pie to be made)) we were not in any burger king, where there were huge queues and delivery, but then you could understand the return of the order of 15 minutes, but not here. Recruit people for quick service in the kitchen, rather than 1 cook and 2 people at the distribution, who in a month and a half of work do not understand the principle of operation at all.

We made an order on the Drive, 22.03 at ~ 14.30, the order was not given in full, only after driving a couple of km we realized this, of course we did not return. In the future, let the staff check more carefully whether the entire order has been returned.
I read the previous reviews and I see that since February it has been your normal practice not to report a couple of items to the order. It's very sad, your employees like to devour more customers. And you wouldn't regret it in your answers, but you would offer people a refund or at least some free coupons. And the employees were fed so that they wouldn't steal food from customers.

The saddest thing in all establishments of this type (not only in this place and not only Burger King) is the expectation of an order. Once such places were famous for their speed, but today it has dropped almost to the level of an ordinary restaurant. You can, of course, place an order through the application, but there the menu is significantly limited, unlike in the hall. And the vending machine could be duplicated on the second floor.
But unlike other places in the city, it is very clean and there are no rabble and beggars. The taste of the food is normal, but inferior to competitors (I will not write to anyone so that the review is missed). In addition, crowns from 07/19/2024 in the amount of 50 pcs. They were never enrolled. So far, it's a good option for lunch, taking into account my location and summer coupons, but coupons.

The appearance of the food is normal, but, rustic potatoes and nuggets are undercooked, inside the flesh is just mashed potatoes and minced meat, warm. In the burger, the beef patty is heated in the microwave, most likely, and has a very strange smell.
I have not encountered this in other places yet, but this is not the first time that questions remain.

The taste of hamburgers and other food is questionable, my husband and I could not eat beef patties, we brought them to the dog, but she was not impressed either. The taste of the sauce is also very strange to me. Technological maps did not allow us to count food for a diabetic either. On the 2nd floor, there is a feeling that somehow it is not very clean, the chairs are dusty, the tables, apparently, are not wiped either. The child only liked the chips, but they have a price tag... It would be better to go to the pizzeria.
