There is also smoking behind the children's play area. When contacting the administrator, there was an answer about this: that they can't do anything. Trash place! Recently, we went to a different address or ordered delivery. Last week and today we came in, I'm shocked! I don't know who should be responsible for the order in the hall, but you have a big problem with this. A farce, to put it another way, it's disgusting to sit, the tables are packed with teenagers and there are "crowds" of friends near them, and the tables are mostly empty. Everyone is shouting, swearing obscenities, the floors seem to be spat all over and there is garbage all around. They left things on the seat while they went down to get the order, they were brazenly put on the table and a chair was stolen. It is better not to come here with a family, a child or a cultural couple. They run around the tables and play catch-up!!! I made a remark to the staff, the guy got up, stood there...some of the people left for a couple of minutes. It is better to spend money on the salary of one person who will keep order, otherwise adequate customers will stop walking.

"Blue-headed" comrades are constantly rubbing in the cafe, the smell in the institution is like in the wine and vodka department of the village. I stood in a queue of two visitors for about seven minutes, there are no cashiers, or they fry potatoes for half a bet))) Okay, I waited and ordered a combo for 14 with a tail, as a result, they counted around 16 rubles - God be with him. I received the order number, well, I think now I have to wait another 15 minutes (although there really aren't many people), after 1-2 minutes they announce that my order is ready. Strange, but pleased) let's move on. Combo: potatoes, grilled burger, pepsi, sauce. And let's go-: instead of the usual pepsi - pepsi without sugar (not scary, but still ordered the usual one), the potatoes are good - hot and delicious. I open the sauce - the shelf life is a big question, maybe the timing is normal, but where is it and how was it stored? It's very liquid and very acidic, but I know what it should be. I eat potatoes, drink Pepsi. It's the burger's turn, I open it, and there's baba Grunya "nataukla piggies." Vegetables were chopped with a shovel, bacon - nope, lard with a layer, 50 grams were not poured only, well, the cherry on the cake is mmmm cool, green, disgusting cutlet. Don't ever go there🤢🤮

This is not the first time the situation with delivery - the order is being carried for longer than 45 minutes, they declare about the promotion with a coupon as a gift in case these 45 minutes are exceeded - but in fact nothing. The feedback functionality in the application permanently gives an error. I wrote to the official Instagram about this situation, where I was twice assured that the coupon had been sent, and as a result, more than a day later - the same nothing. Burgers are delicious - there is no doubt. It is unpleasant that you do not fully fulfill your obligations.
