The central alley of the boulevard is planted with chestnuts and various shrubby plants on both sides. The alley stretches from Masherov Avenue in the south and to Ordzhonikidze Street in the north, ending at the plant of gas equipment (JSC Brestgazoapparat). There are many shops all along the alley. The alley itself is interrupted at several intersections (with Gogol, Pushkinskaya and Mickiewicz streets).
I consider one of the most beautiful and popular places in the city of Brest, after of course the "Br. fortress". There are many shops and various establishments. I recommend it!
A wonderful place! Within walking distance of the market, the alley of lanterns, the embankment and the street. Soviet. The area is well maintained, there is a place to walk and relax. Infrastructure development, but at the same time a quiet area.
We lived on Kosmonavtov Boulevard, a street not far from the center, 10 minutes on foot, there is a supermarket "Euroopt", works until 23 o'clock, helped out when we returned late from a walk.
During the flowering of chestnuts, this is the best place in Brest for a walk in spring. However, it is better to wear headphones, C.B. not to hear the noise from passing cars.
Well, in the summer it's very beautiful there, you can sit and chat in the evening, but it would be even better if they didn't walk the dogs there who leave the feces there, and the owners don't clean up, it becomes unpleasant.
