Both in Soviet and post-Soviet times, the Erkindik Avenue area was considered one of the most prestigious in the city, therefore, famous writers, politicians and other famous Kyrgyzstanis lived in many buildings along the boulevard. So, in the courtyards behind the even side of the avenue there are memorial houses-museums of Iskhak Razzakov and Aala Tokombayev.
I haven't been to this park for a long time, and now 4 years later I got back. but after the reconstruction and the addition of the chess field, it is very beautiful there. It's a good place, the lights are working. There is a cafe. The only thing we were upset about was that the tennis tables were removed
A cool, well-made, walking area. It is better to cross the road with the local population, there are no separate traffic lights for pedestrians, so they are common with automobile ones
It's a good place. You can take a walk, you can sit on a bench, have a fashionable snack, you can play chess. There are many sculptures, there are fountains.
It's a beautiful place. You can walk, sit on a bench, with children — there are playgrounds, you can play chess — there is also a special playground. I really like this place

The most comfortable place in the center of Bishkek for walking. In the hot summer, it is pleasantly cool. Moms with kids! Good people are walking.

Nice boulevard in the city center. It is especially good to walk in the warm season. There are often different ice cream trucks. Sometimes young musicians sing/play. There are benches.
We are from Russia, I recommend this amazing place to all guests of the city, especially in the evening! Pleasant atmosphere and local social calories of the city)
Erkindik Boulevard, (Park of Culture) This is the most pleasant place for citizens and guests of the capital to relax. Because there are many young and many-year-old trees, green manicured lawns, pamyanyks, comfortable benches. Erkindik Boulevard is a landmark of the city and a place of rest for citizens. Great attention is paid by the city authorities to the maintenance of the park in proper condition. Last year, the old fanari in the form of lilies of the valley on cast-iron stands were repaired in the central part, irrigation was carried out and outdated gray paving stones were replaced with new orange ones. This made the park even more beautiful and pleasant.
I like to walk in my free time. Although I live far from the boulevard, I try to come here often. Because a walk in a pleasant, cozy atmosphere lifts the mood and adds a positive element to life. A lot of moms, grandmothers with children, grandchildren, gray-haired elderly people, young people with friends with loved ones create a special flavor. It is always lively here: vacationers, pedestrians, pigeons, squirrels, cozy cafes and beautiful architectural buildings, monuments of the USSR and new ones. All this pleases you, with each arrival you discover something new. The last time I found out that there are many houses near the boulevard where famous people lived in the republic, as evidenced by the stitches with inscriptions. Erkindik Boulevard is especially beautiful in the middle part: beautiful fantan, lawns, flowers, Russian drama theater, monuments, sculptures, trees. A special flavor is given by the art gallery of works by artists of the republic, the old cinema "Ala-Too", the memorial complex of the Alai queen Kurmanzhan Datka and much more. After a rest, there is always a feeling of gratitude to those people who at one time laid two wonderful boulevards in Bishkek Erkindik and Molodaya Gvardiya in the city plan, to those who made the plan a reality and to those who continue this work today.
Nice walking area. The vegetation is dominated by oaks, which in places begin to dry up. It is unclear why the irrigation system does not work in the heat. A good place to hide from the scorching sun.
My dear Dzerzhinka. I grew up here from an early age. In winter, they played hockey right on the roadway, sledged at the 6th school, collected birch sap in the spring, breathed deeply the unforgettable smells of lilac and picked apples in the summer. It is a pity that all this is not here now.
There is a lot of grass and dense trees (mostly oaks), there are benches, urns and gazebos. It is not uncommon to see a squirrel. Pigeons often feed. Going out for a walk is the most suitable place.
