Delicious coffee and VERY tasty croissants (I was pleasantly surprised, I haven't seen such delicious ones for a very long time)
Despite the small area, we were able to make comfort in small things
And of course there is a separate TOP-of-the-LINE outlet near each table and even on the benches
All this combined leaves a great impression and a desire to stop by for coffee, keep it up!)

Terrible service, inattentive and rude staff, unable to cope with the elements of tasks, the first time I was in this institution and immediately had a negative impression.
I wanted to buy a ready-made dessert, they gave me a number and told me to wait (why if I would just take it and go?). As a result, I waited for 10 minutes, during which time I almost got someone else's order. When I decided to ask why the seller just ignored it for so long, then it turned out that they had confused and forgotten, and in the end they still gave out dessert in a bag. It's just a waste of time and a spoiled mood!
It was in November, and since then there has been absolutely no desire to enter this institution.

I accidentally found out in another cafe of the Buns chain that yesterday's Roundels should be sold at a 50% discount, and the last Roundel from the showcase was sold to me at one o'clock at full cost.
Hurtful.
The mood was spoiled.
It is unclear whether the employees themselves did not know or squeezed the discount for the sake of revenue.

The bakery island "Buns" is located on the ground floor of the Galerie shopping center, closer to the entrance from Pobediteley Avenue. You can buy products with you or eat on the spot. There is a coat rack and tables. There are a lot of New Year-themed pastries in the assortment now. We had coffee and cakes, potatoes in multi-colored glaze, everything was delicious.

Ivan kindly clarified the order and the opportunity to prepare a caprese sandwich outside the lunch menu. Everything was delicious and fast. Disgusting. I won't buy any more here. There are plenty of pastry shops around, everyone enjoys the quality of products and service. Before the order was paid, everything was unremarkable, after the guy who worked at the checkout asked his colleagues to cut the cake and pack the order. This is understandable-there was a queue and it was not possible for him to do everything alone. Six people are "employees", and only one works. The girls who should be moving, seeing how many people are in line, stood laughing loudly and not paying attention to the huge delay that had created. If the staff is not interested in working, I am not interested in experiencing such inconveniences at inflated prices.

For the first time I visited the "Buns" in the Gallery Minsk shopping center and, unfortunately, there is no more desire to return. In order:
1. For the food 3. Delicious, but a small choice in my opinion. Before the visit, there was a feeling that it was the buns that were waiting for (rather, personal expectations were not fulfilled).
2. The atmosphere is two, because the design has the maximum, but absolutely all the impression is spoiled by employees.
3. The service is in the red. But here the work of the staff just disappointed me. I can leave my thanks only to the tall, younger employee, in my opinion, he tried. He took orders and fulfilled them, he boldly got 5 stars, the behavior of the rest of the employees is simply disgusting. Before my eyes, 5 people were standing, discussing something and openly laughing, periodically glancing at the already formed queue and dissatisfied customers. After a while, an incomprehensible running around began: then they asked me what was in the order, then they began to confuse all the orders, they could not figure out what to take away, what was in the hall. But we had fun before that. And most of all, I didn't like the rude response of one of the employees to the only working young man who asked for help. The reality show turned out instead of buying dessert.
My opinion: with such an abundance of bakeries around, there is nothing to do here.
It's rare to get a second chance to make a first impression.

This morning, I bought a cheesecake at this institution, this is my weakness) but I have not been disappointed yet. Firstly, the cheesecake was a tiny 50 g, since I did not immediately notice it for takeaway (secondly, it was very cherished, even though it was a whole cake, and thirdly, the price is 7.5 p, terrible!

One is beautiful and like in a showcase, the other is stale. 20-30 minutes after I ate, I felt a pain in my stomach and didn't pay attention either. But after more time, it became clear that this was poisoning. It's a shame that this was the first time we bought something and it was the last.
