For 1.5 years of treatment, 4 operations were performed by the doctor Lanets I.V., 3 of which were carried out incorrectly, as a result of which dental implants were installed in such a way that the orthopedist Maistrenkov A. Yu. was not given the opportunity to perform further prosthetics, and which led to thinning gums and the need for its extension. The treatment, which lasted 18 months and is still not over.The result for which I applied to the clinic, paying the specified cost in good faith without delay, was not achieved, and therefore, I have to bear the costs of what I have already paid for and, moreover, spend money on correcting shortcomings, since my situation deteriorated. The removable denture that I still have to wear has long lost its appearance, but the management of the center does not admit guilt and offers to make a new one at full cost, arguing that this service is not included in the mandatory list of implantation and prosthetics, and omits that without this removable denture I would have the displacement of the dentition to the sides and its curvature, which would further complicate prosthetics or implantation.In 1.5 years of hell, 1030 were given.To date, the situation remains unresolved, the management and the doctor do not admit their guilt, they do not return the money.The doctor ignores and deliberately keeps my disks with pictures. Be careful if you plan to visit dentistry at this medical center. They don't have an X-ray room. There are few panoramic shots where they are taken, this is normal, but they can't even take an ordinary one. I have to go to the nearest lying-in clinics where they do it. It's hard to judge about all the dentists who work there, but I had to be treated by someone who did his job unskilled. It was necessary to prepare several healthy teeth for prosthetics, i.e. to remove nerves and clean channels. And the doctor couldn't do it, one tooth was treated 2 times. I treated the other one and took a fee, the next time I said that I needed to remove it. At the very beginning, the doctor refused to hand over a panoramic picture, there were already prerequisites that there might be problems, it was better to do it again than to continue. As a result, this resulted in a loss of time, nerves and money.

Then the doctor finally agreed to do my procedure for me and it turned out that the device did not work at all! I tried to find out from the administrator and sort out the situation somehow. The reaction was generally surprising - only accusations... As a result, the doctor tried to get away with it somehow, offered to finish it all the same in the week when the device was repaired. But there is no desire to go there at all now. THE HORROR!
