The bakery is good, but the prices for bread are three times higher than in the store. There are branded sour cream makers, etc. Buns, but they are snapped up instantly. We arrived at the opening at 10:00 a.m. there was a decent queue. So far, we've snapped up all the branded items. We took bread and a loaf. The taste of the bread is good, not parolonic.

Your sour cream is just a "dump of the head"!!!!! They can rightfully be considered one of the business cards of Braslav) sooooo delicious! That's probably why they disappear from the counter so quickly. It's a pity that we didn't have time to try out cherry puffs - there were no cherry supplies. But it doesn't matter - it will be an extra reason to return to the beautiful Braslav.

Since childhood, I can't stand sour cream, I always avoid it, but then I decided to try my luck and try the vaunted bun.
It's just something incredible! The dough is so pleasant, airy, perfectly shaped. And the filling is insanely delicate in taste and consistency. It feels like you're eating dessert from a French bakery. A pleasant surprise!
Also, very tasty gray bread, which is worth only one smell.

One of the best places in Braslav. To try what you want, you need to try harder. For example, take a queue 20 minutes before the bakery opens. And it's worth it (to spend a few extra minutes of time) to taste delicious bread, magic sour cream boat, onion bread, gray and white (just not burnt :), cherry bun and many, many, many other things

The buns are great, but I only managed to try them once in a week. There is an eternal queue and there is not enough. The bakery owner has a very strange approach. During the season, it does not supply tourists with the necessary amount of muffins. For those who did not have enough, there is a comforting story about how in winter they remember tourists fighting for buns (((. Such a pleasure.
Prepare for the next season, increase the number of pastries and the assortment. The bakery's erroneous opinion is that the buns should be hot. It's enough to be fresh, today's cooking!!!
