Overall, I liked this restaurant. It is well decorated and has an interesting design. You can look at the walls and ceiling for a long time. Lots of delicious dishes. We especially liked the appetizer of pate and jam with toast, borscht, draniki with mushrooms. But I can't help but mention a moment that left an unpleasant impression. I ordered more roast beef pancakes, but they turned out to be very dry and salty. I thought that maybe sour cream would fix the situation, but until it was brought, I realized that it would not help. As a result, I pushed the almost full portion to the edge of the table and sat there for another 30 minutes. But the waiters didn't even ask what happened or what I didn't like. They just walked by and ignored me. That was strange, because in good restaurants they would have asked me such a question and tried to find a compromise somehow. I paid for everything, but the unpleasant aftertaste remained. It was March 15th.

A few days ago we visited this truly wonderful place! We enjoyed our visit immensely. The stylish and cozy atmosphere, dim lighting, smells (from the restaurant itself to soap and hand cream) and terribly beautiful dishes, all this was conducive to a pleasant pastime. And now for the points:
+ Immensely friendly and helpful staff, regardless of their position. I would like to mention Nikita the waiter separately. Firstly, he knew the menu perfectly and talked about it in a very tempting and detailed way. Before we knew it, the order had already been placed. Thanks again for recommending the pate. He's really immaculate. Secondly, his mood, humor and attitude towards the guests. Thank you for making me smile on that cloudy day. Thirdly, he is very nimble and attentive. In short, a great fellow!
+ Food: it was VERY tasty. All the combinations, the products, everything was perfect.
I'm ready to sing odes to the pate, the beef cheek disintegrated from a light touch with a fork, and the beef tongue really melted in my mouth.

Very good and delicious! And what tinctures they have mmmm! The waiters are friendly and nice. Great dish service, the waiter will tell you everything about the dish when serving. Everything was quickly prepared. The interior is not ordinary, the music is pleasant against the background. I definitely recommend it!!! We actually went there every day while we were in Minsk))
I recommend you try venison tartare, venison cutlet, salad with mushrooms and borscht!

Visiting Minsk and Bulbashi for the second time, I can say with confidence that there is simply no more delicious place in this city. If you want to try the national cuisine, but in a stylish place and with a beautiful serving of dishes, these are definitely Bulbashi. A beautiful space consisting of two halls, delicious food, excellent tinctures — and all this with adequate pricing. The restaurant is located in the city center, which is also very convenient. I recommend booking a table in advance, as this place is already very popular, and there is a possibility of simply not sitting down. Although we personally faced the opposite story: all the tables were booked on the phone, and upon arrival it turned out that we would still be able to have dinner. But it is better to plan a visit in advance, as the Bulbashas are worth it.

Yes, the restaurant, the beautiful, interesting interior, the menu, the service. There is a large selection to eat and drink, we settled on national dishes and local drinks, we were satisfied. The service is excellent.
I was a little surprised by the bathroom, it was shared, cramped and not very tidy, but I won't lower my rating, there probably wasn't room for separate rooms and, hopefully, they cleaned up later.

It's an incredibly cool place.
We were celebrating a birthday.
Everything we ordered was very tasty. The service was great: we were served by a young, cheerful guy, in a great mood, he told us everything, advised us if in doubt, everything was very sensible, fast and with a smile.
If someone asks me to recommend a restaurant in Minsk, I will not hesitate to recommend it. And on occasion, of course, I'll be happy to come back!

A magnificent restaurant, an incomparably varied cuisine. The national dishes are exquisite, with an original presentation. An amazing restaurant with very responsive service and incredibly delicious food and drinks. The waiters know their business well and are ready to advise on all questions and wishes. The third restaurant that I was advised to visit in Minsk turned out to be the best.
The hall is small but cozy. Solid wood furniture adds solidity.
And the kitchen… Oh my God! This is a real gourmet feast.
I didn't know I was going to be thrilled that day, so I wasn't particularly hungry.
First, they brought home-made morse. The taste is rich, with pronounced sourness. It feels like it's undiluted. Just the way I like it.
By dishes:
1. Venison steak.
The most tender meat is elegantly complemented with mashed potatoes. A real symphony of tastes. Each ingredient, each part of the dish is individually beautiful. And all together they are just perfect.
2. Honey cake. In general, I don't really like non-standard readings. But it's really delicious here. It's a miracle. Sweet tooths will be pleased.
As a result, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of cuisine and regretted that I came hungry.
But I quickly fixed this, and returned here for lunch 2 days later and enjoyed the Belarusian cuisine once again.
If you come to Minsk, be sure to go.

I liked everything I tried here.
Even the smoked beer, although it was very unusual.
The meat was tender, and even the mashed potatoes had a pleasant truffle aftertaste.
Apple charlotte was transformed and became a very sophisticated dessert with different textures, which turned out to be very becoming to her)
Pleasant, non-intrusive, but fast service.

It was at this address that there were no places at all, we were in another nearby, we really liked it. The interior is simple but comfortable, the staff is young and very polite and cheerful. The dishes are fire, both the serving and the taste. I will especially mention the venison mutton and draniki with caviar, each dish with its own special sauce. I would recommend something strong with meat, and the beer is delicious. I advise you to book a table on weekends, the attendance is high due to tourists, and it's more free on weekdays. My rating is 5++

The prices are adequate, the service is excellent. I recommend the place. The cuisine in this restaurant is simply amazing!
Belarusian national dishes are served with a touch of luxury:) The tinctures of our own production are incredible! You can buy it in branded bottles at home. We came across a charming waiter from the lower floor. He told me everything about the dishes and the restaurant. Thank him very much, unfortunately I did not remember the name.
I would like to draw the attention of the owner of this institution to a few slightly overshadowing factors:
Almost all the guests who came with us said that it was impossible to get through for booking.
We also did not make a reservation, we came for luck, the waiter who served two tables at the entrance could not give us any information at all, neither how long to wait, nor whether it makes sense. When we said we would wait, he asked what exactly?)))
He greeted everyone who came after us with the phrase - we have everything booked until May 13th. (it was May 5th)
The administrator said that two more bookings are expected, while there are 4 empty tables on the lower floor (the math doesn't add up)))
And finally, there was an elderly man waiting in front of us, alone. In the end, we just felt sorry for the man and we offered the waiter to divide the two tables where the two girls were sitting and seat the man. The girls were all for it, so plus one guest in your piggy bank and a plus in karma))
But in any case, I can't give a restaurant below 5 stars, no matter what.

We happened to be in this place by chance, on the advice of a local resident. And they didn't regret it at all.

Fast service.
On the downside, it can be noted that all tables are booked and it is recommended to call in advance. But we were lucky, we found a table at 1.30. That was enough for us to have lunch.
We tried a lot of the menu, everything was delicious.
I'm from St. Petersburg myself, and it's hard to find such good cuisine even in our city.
What else I would like to mention is the work of the waitress who served us - a girl with a long braid. She was very polite and helpful.
Since I was celebrating my 40th birthday (May 20), I brought a compliment in the form of dessert and congratulated. Moreover, not in memorized general phrases, but very sincerely.

We liked the food very much. We tried draniki with suspended sour cream and boletus. The sauce is just perfect for this dish. It's a bomb! Chefs are masters of their craft! We are ready to return for this! The service is good. There was a doctor - the restaurant congratulated . It was very pleasant. They also gave me a bombastic curd casserole. They tell you about each dish in detail. For the sake of this casserole, you can also return it and eat it. They are masters. It's very atmospheric inside. The interior is nice. Cozy!

In my opinion, it is the best restaurant in Minsk that we have visited. Very tasty, expensive, but justified. We tried borscht, mushroom soup, beef stroganoff, draniki, ice cream, mors, liqueurs, pate (my respects)... I'm writing in a month, and my mouth is watering from the memories. Perhaps the best restaurant in the city! We were a 5-person company. We really liked almost everything we ordered. The only dish that didn't go in was blood sausage, but it's a matter of taste. The rest of the dishes and snacks flew with a bang! We had 4-5 dishes per table and one for each. We visited this restaurant twice and were very satisfied both times!

The traditional fish soup is served here with black, sharp-edged ones that try to cut your tongue and palate, crispy croutons and mousse-like caviar oil. I couldn't figure out what was in this oil from caviar, but just like that... An ear like an ear. Nothing out of the ordinary.
But draniki with stewed brisket and the most delicate sour cream and mushroom sauce is just a piece of cake. The fabulously delicious cooking with the perfect combination of simple, but therefore so ingeniously appropriate ingredients, drove my taste buds crazy that evening. This is exactly the dish for which it is worth coming back here again and again.
