It's a great place. I recommend it both for companies and as an evening family restaurant. The kitchen is a modern classic. Delicious and satisfying, strict 5. The interior is heavy, but tasteful and comfortable. The service is not intrusive and of high quality. One point can be attributed to a flaw, the bread is not baked by themselves, so it is not super fresh, yesterday's. The situation, of course, is corrected by smoked butter, which is interesting, considering that they brew their own beer, which is very decent, by the way.

This restaurant will appeal to those who want to try the national Belarusian cuisine and at the same time have a hearty meal. There is really a very large selection of national dishes here, the portions are huge, and since Belarusian dishes are quite fatty and rich, you get full here very quickly. What is worth is borscht, which had such a huge piece of meat in it, which in itself can claim to be a separate dish. We also really liked the local tinctures with names unusual for a Russian person, such as krambambulya, zhuravlina and others. In general, the quality and quantity of food here is a plus, but the disadvantages are probably the lack of national flavor in the interior of the institution and the clothes of the staff, except for wooden tables and chairs))

A cozy, quiet place with a nice, simple interior. Beautiful young cultured and polite waitress girls. The dishes are top class, as well as the serving, I would especially like to mention venison mutton and draniki with caviar. Good beer, I tried horseradish from a strong one and some kind of liqueur, I don't remember the name, there's fire to the meat.There is a lot of traffic on weekends due to tourists, I advise you to book a table in advance. The overall rating is 5++

Amazing place. You know from the doorway that you are welcome! Very tasty, atmospheric, warm at home!!! The service is not intrusive, everything is on the case. We celebrated my husband 's birthday , dessert as a gift . The waitress didn't even ask for a passport -TRUST!!!! I am very picky and fastidious in the kitchen, but this is the case when everything got married and grew together!!!!There are just no comments! If we are still in Minsk, we will definitely come! ♥️♥️♥️

It should be noted that we visit restaurants in Moscow, because a friend works in this field. We were with friends on January 3, booked a table in advance, and found us a cozy place on the second floor. We were lucky with the waiter, Ruslan guided us on the dishes, taking into account our requests, everyone was pleased. Beer lovers appreciated several varieties, were very satisfied, and the liqueurs were delicious, especially the krambambula. Venison, cheeks, tongue-everything is beyond praise, the cook is just a magician. I also want to mention the serving and decoration of dishes. You guys are doing great. The most delicious restaurant I've ever visited in Minsk. I liked everything we ordered.: The fireman's cutlet is simply delicious, the beef cheeks are wonderful, the borscht is just what it should be) The husband also mentioned the beer of the local brewery. They had Napoleon for dessert, that much.delicious, which we even wanted to order with us).
The restaurant has several rooms, decorated in different ways, all very cozy, and most importantly, not crowded.
The service is not intrusive, but timely and very friendly.

The best restaurant in Minsk! It was incredibly delicious, we went several times, tried different dishes and all were very good! The staff is very polite, helped to choose the best menu items, even gave advice about tourist spots.

I recommend you to visit! Yes, the price tag is biting, but it is very tasty, satisfying and beautiful. It's also difficult to get into the institution without prior reservation, but we were put in with a 1.5-hour limit.

I really liked the place👍 the draniki is just a cannon bomb. We ate so much that we reached home, it was very tasty. Well, what can you say about "Bulbashi" is only a good, small cozy room with original design solutions, it's just nice to sit and look at the rainy weather outside the window.Traditional Belarusian cuisine, but in a very original presentation.There are also regular salads and first and second courses, but I recommend that you still stay on the Belarusian menu (only carefully, well, very satisfying).Polite, helpful staff.Everything is top notch.We didn't want to leave here!

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are immediately immersed in the atmosphere of expensive, national and stylish flavor. Each room is beautifully decorated. The waiters are as good as they come, tall Belarusian beauties. As for the food. Each dish is a delight to the taste buds. Whatever you order, you will be pleasantly surprised and amazed. Many Moscow restaurants should take an example from this restaurant, most of them catastrophically fall short of the level of cuisine. We took pancakes with steak, borscht — these dishes are impossible to forget. Roast beef and sprat sauce appetizer is amazing, but it's a great combination. The beer brewed by the restaurant and raspberry tinctures are very pleasant and mild. I definitely advise you to visit urgently, because the place opened not so long ago, have time to try it while it's so delicious!

It would seem that you can do with potatoes in the form of pancakes, it turns out you can! I have never eaten such delicious ones anywhere! Pancakes with mushrooms are simply the best: crispy, juicy, a large portion, the serving is beautiful, the price is appropriate.
Very nice room design. The staff is polite and helpful. In the absence of Europe, Minsk is an excellent substitute even in gastronomic terms! Old familiar vegetables in a new taste!

This place has captured my heart!
The guys have a very pleasant atmosphere, incredibly delicious food and 10/10 service.
We took borscht, tinctures (I recommend tomato, a lot of everything) and potato dumplings.
Of all the places where we ate in Minsk, Bulbashi is definitely not the first place for me.

It's rare to like all the dishes. It's bingo here))). Lamb breast is a divine sandwich. Mini pie with meat riet is the freshest profiterole with riet, you can lick your fingers. Grodno ham on gratin is a dump of a head. The dumplings with venison were eaten so quickly that they didn't understand anything, but it was very tasty))). There was also a free bonus - 2 tinctures, which are very dangerous because you can't feel alcohol in them at all. Well, you got it 5 out of 5.

I am a regular guest of this institution. This is the best restaurant I've ever been to. For the sake of this institution, I guarantee that it is worth coming to Minsk. The highest cuisine, of the highest level, using the most unusual combinations of dishes , modern Belarusian cuisine. This establishment is a gastronomic temple.
I definitely advise you to try beef cheeks with Demiglas, this is the best Demiglas that I have tried.

The food and the serving are very interesting and delicious. Draniki (we tried all three types) are very tasty and judging by the orders of others, this is the main dish to order. Salads are unusual and quite a large portion. Liqueurs are beyond any competition. Let's go with a bang. As for the restaurant itself: very cozy, in the style of good old England (it seemed to me so). It is located in a very cozy corner of the Old Town. The prices are reasonable, both times the check for one was around 80 rubles. The only thing is to book a table in advance, especially in the evening.

Well, guys, well, this is the best restaurant in Minsk- a tourist one, for sure) full of delight, we went there 2 times in 4 days of rest. We got there by chance, walking in the center and sat down to relax, taking their beer and snacks - we were very impressed and tasted pancakes with salmon and burger patty👌
The second time we went purposefully to try something hot and not from the draniki, and this was also on the level👏
The guys brew beer themselves, they tried different things: both filtered and not - their author's cocktails are top!
You can especially praise the delicious coffee and dessert nest (protein baked cream with citrus candied fruits)
They opened on December 23, so hurry up to visit, while everything is very cool!)
We never got into Cornflowers, which we don't regret at all😄
