As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are immediately immersed in the atmosphere of expensive, national and stylish flavor. Each room is beautifully decorated. The waiters are as good as they come, tall Belarusian beauties. As for the food. Each dish is a delight to the taste buds. Whatever you order, you will be pleasantly surprised and amazed. Many Moscow restaurants should take an example from this restaurant, most of them catastrophically fall short of the level of cuisine. We took pancakes with steak, borscht — these dishes are impossible to forget. Roast beef and sprat sauce appetizer is amazing, but it's a great combination. The beer brewed by the restaurant and raspberry tinctures are very pleasant and mild. I definitely advise you to visit urgently, because the place opened not so long ago, have time to try it while it's so delicious!

The place is very cozy (my friend and I were in Bulbashi brewery), a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The guys cook Belarusian cuisine from locally produced products, which is very cool!The price tag is above average, but it's worth it. The draniki are very tasty, and the tinctures are generally great! By the way, there is a beer of our own production, we liked it!

This restaurant will appeal to those who want to try the national Belarusian cuisine and at the same time have a hearty meal. There is really a very large selection of national dishes here, the portions are huge, and since Belarusian dishes are quite fatty and rich, you get full here very quickly. What is worth is borscht, which had such a huge piece of meat in it, which in itself can claim to be a separate dish. We also really liked the local tinctures with names unusual for a Russian person, such as krambambulya, zhuravlina and others. In general, the quality and quantity of food here is a plus, but the disadvantages are probably the lack of national flavor in the interior of the institution and the clothes of the staff, except for wooden tables and chairs))

Amazing place. You know from the doorway that you are welcome! Very tasty, atmospheric, warm at home!!! The service is not intrusive, everything is on the case. We celebrated my husband 's birthday , dessert as a gift . The waitress didn't even ask for a passport -TRUST!!!! I am very picky and fastidious in the kitchen, but this is the case when everything got married and grew together!!!!There are just no comments! If we are still in Minsk, we will definitely come! ♥️♥️♥️

The beer is delicious! Own production. Beer snacks are sad.. There are no beer snacks familiar to a Russian person.. we took draniki with sturgeon, delicious) the serving is beautiful.. The choice of dishes is small.. the restaurant is more suitable for those who came for lunch or dinner. The interior is cute. The staff is polite. There are a lot of people, but we didn't book, we sat down at the bar. The bartender was handsome, took the order quickly, and was polite. Well, guys, well, this is the best restaurant in Minsk- a tourist one, for sure) full of delight, we went there 2 times in 4 days of rest. We got there by chance, walking in the center and sat down to relax, taking their beer and snacks - we were very impressed and tasted pancakes with salmon and burger patty👌
The second time we went purposefully to try something hot and not from the draniki, and this was also on the level👏
The guys brew beer themselves, they tried different things: both filtered and not - their author's cocktails are top!
You can especially praise the delicious coffee and dessert nest (protein baked cream with citrus candied fruits)
They opened on December 23, so hurry up to visit, while everything is very cool!)
We never got into Cornflowers, which we don't regret at all😄

Delicious Belarusian cuisine. The second establishment of this chain. The menus are slightly different. I really liked the first courses, borscht, and cold brew. I liked the service, the girl is very sociable, she told me in detail about the brewery, and about the dishes, and where else you can go. Pancakes with sturgeon are not as tasty as with trout. The pancakes with mushrooms didn't come in. Wasps were flying on the veranda, the fat attracted them.

It would seem that you can do with potatoes in the form of pancakes, it turns out you can! I have never eaten such delicious ones anywhere! Pancakes with mushrooms are simply the best: crispy, juicy, a large portion, the serving is beautiful, the price is appropriate.
Very nice room design. The staff is polite and helpful. In the absence of Europe, Minsk is an excellent substitute even in gastronomic terms! Old familiar vegetables in a new taste!

Well, what can you say about "Bulbashi" is only a good, small cozy room with original design solutions, it's just nice to sit and look at the rainy weather outside the window.Traditional Belarusian cuisine, but in a very original presentation.There are also regular salads and first and second courses, but I recommend that you still stay on the Belarusian menu (only carefully, well, very satisfying).Polite, helpful staff.Everything is top notch.We didn't want to leave here!

I'll start with the pros: the location is convenient

Duck leg is delicious, but a little dry.
Of the cons: if you are positioned as a restaurant (as stated in the prices), then you need to work long and hard with the staff, namely with the waiters.
The waiter is not interested in accommodating guests at the meeting (but thank you for offering a more comfortable table, and not on bar stools)
Salad with eggplant and grilled vegetables did not meet expectations at all, 5 thin slices of eggplant (I would like to see more) grated cheese 3 gr. If eggplant and cheese appear in the name, then they should be at an advantage in quantity. Zucchini and broccoli are just raw, hard, and bitter. When ordering this salad, you get "crunch an iceberg for 800 rubles".

Let's continue with the cons. Unfortunately, " how can I help you? " with a surprised frown on his face when meeting with clients, it suggests that we are about to be done a favor. Or maybe they won't. After us, customers came in, they were greeted with the same words and people just said: "we are not welcome here! "and they left.

A wonderful place in the very center of Minsk. Excellent cuisine, friendly staff and delicious beers and liqueurs.
It may seem like a controversial interior, but the impressions of the food cover everything. In addition, there is a comfortable outdoor terrace. The price tag is strong, more expensive than other places, but it's all worth it.

Overall impression:
The Bulbashi restaurant attracted us with a lot of positive reviews and recommendations. We expected to enjoy traditional Belarusian cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere, but the impressions remained mixed.
Advantages:
Location: In the city center, convenient to get to, beautiful view of the historical part of Minsk.
Local cuisine: The menu includes many traditional dishes made from local products, which is important to support local producers.
🏛️ Atmosphere: A veranda with a pleasant view, an atmospheric place.
Minuses:
Inaccessibility: The place is not very convenient for passengers with limited mobility, as the hall itself and the veranda have steps.
🕰️ Slow service: The dishes had to wait about 30-40 minutes.
The obsession of the staff: The waiter often came up and hurried us with the order, even when we made it clear that we would call him ourselves.
Forgetfulness: Requests for ice-free lemonade were ignored twice.
🔥 The quality of the dishes: The dessert turned out to be burnt, which significantly spoiled the taste.
Interior: The design was more like a kebab shop, which did not meet our expectations.
Conclusion:
The Bulbashi restaurant was not as impressive as we expected. Despite the good selection of local products and convenient location, the service leaves much to be desired. The service was slow, the staff was intrusive, and the quality of some dishes did not meet the standards.
We give 3 out of 5 stars for the delicious food, but next time we will choose another place for dinner.

Sooo delicious!
We tried fish soup Bomb, lard, salad with roast beef Fire, pate, shingles with steak and fish, stewed beef brisket is just a cannon, but salad with eggplant (for an amateur). We really wanted to try the branded smoked beer, but it was not there, we will have to come again)
Everything was brought quite quickly, the waiter girl was friendly and sweet.

Guys, order the draniki. They're beautiful! It's the tastiest I've ever eaten in Minsk. They compare favorably with their colleagues in that they do not float in a ton of oil and melt in your mouth, preserving the crispy crust.
The toppings are gorgeous. And it looks very nice. These are the Draniki that can be posted in the proscription!
They would have let me in to the cook, and they would have rushed to kiss my hands. The service is beyond praise. The waiters know both the menu and the technology.
The establishment has its own brewery. They make good beer.
The price tag, of course, is above average. But it's worth it!

As for the restaurant itself: very cozy, in the style of good old England (it seemed to me so). It is located in a very cozy corner of the Old Town. The prices are reasonable, both times the check for one was around 80 rubles. The only thing is to book a table in advance, especially in the evening.

We came on a recommendation, we wanted to eat pancakes, as a result, the most expensive position with red caviar and fish was not edible, everything was visually beautiful, the mousse was apparently spoiled, it smelled strongly of a refrigerator or freezer. This is the first dish in the entire history of a 15-year trip to restaurants when two people did not like one dish and wanted to spit it out, the waiter noticed this and clarified what the problem was, they told her, she smiled and left, usually in such cases in a restaurant with good service they change the dish or give a compliment, this restaurant I suppose claims to a good level, as a result, after brushing away the disgusting sauce with caviar and fish, Sour Cream was ordered to eat the long-awaited pancakes, the waiter did not even bother to change the plate, sour cream was brought, which of course was then included in the cost of the receipt. Communication between the waiter and the cook are the key points, apparently in this case we were unlucky. Although all the other dishes were good, this situation ruined the long-awaited evening. Personal opinion: overreacted, make the position of classic pancakes with sour cream.

It is necessary to try tinctures. Our own beer is quite decent. There are only two desserts, but they are gorgeous. Creme brulee - it's impossible to break away. Fans of fish soup and borscht will definitely appreciate both the serving and the taste. There are not always places, you must book in advance. There are two establishments nearby, so if you are not allowed into one (like us), go to the second.
