I come back to this coffee shop again and again, not only because of the excellent coffee, but also because of the incredible service. The girls here are always friendly, attentive and create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
It is impossible not to note their sincere desire to please every guest. They remember preferences and are always ready to recommend a drink or snack to suit the mood. Their smiles and kindness charge you with positive emotions for the whole day.
The coffee shop itself is spacious and bright, with comfortable chairs and tables. You can spend a pleasant time in it both alone and with company.

Nice coffee shop. A cozy room, a large assortment of baked bread, interesting desserts, delicious coffee, polite staff. I come in at least once a week.
But this time I was disappointed. I ordered a cappuccino on the spot. The tables were occupied while the order was being prepared, one was vacant, near the descent to the coffee shop. Since it was not possible to climb onto the high chairs near the window this time, I had to sit down at the vacant table left by the visitors who had not cleaned up the dishes. I pushed 3 huge dirty mugs and 3 wooden food trays to the other side of the table in the hope that they would come for the dishes soon. I was in the coffee shop for an hour. NO ONE came up and took the dirty dishes during this time! I understand that the first 20 minutes were filled with customers and they had to be served urgently. But then there was a 30-minute lull...There are only 4 tables in the hall, all in the field of view of the barista, of whom there were 2 that day, and not one, as usual. I would have cleaned the dishes myself, but where, there is no table for this purpose in the bakery, and the only service counter would immediately fill up, meeting new customers. It is very unpleasant to have such an inattentive attitude towards visitors. No smile will cover a dirty table, forcing you to understand the insincere attitude towards your guests and not the desire to create comfort in every corner of your establishment. I cleaned up the dishes after myself. This attitude is especially unpleasant on the eve of the holiday.

I used to love this place very much, but now all the employees have changed and the atmosphere is not the same at all. Today, there was a girl with dark hair, freckles and tattoos at the checkout, quite pretty (her name is Angelina, as far as we know). But I placed the order with such a disgruntled face, it was just awful. An unpleasant feeling remained, alas.

I always visit this wonderful bakery when I visit Borovlyany! You won't find such interesting and delicious desserts anywhere, the coffee card is very original, and recently I bought a novelty for myself-their spinach bread, I bought it on Thursday, it's Sunday, and it's still soft, very cool tender crust, it's just an antidepressant! I wish the bakery prosperity and only better, tastier and more beautiful.(I couldn't resist taking a picture of a sandwich I had bitten off, but it's very beautiful 😍)

I happened to be in Borovlyany and just happened to go into this coffee shop. Coffee is cheaper than in many places in Minsk, and it is simply divine. A large selection of syrups. Fresh pastries, sweets. I highly recommend a latte with Macadamia syrup.
If your road will lie through Borovlyany or next to it, then do not regret and go to this wonderful place.
