When we went to submit the documents for admission to the university, there was a long queue.All the girls and boys stood in the sun and under the sun.There is no normal organization.They took the documents very slowly. From 9.00 am to 17 o'clock they stood to hand over the documents.Law enforcement officers were rude to the girls.Standing under the scorching sun, more than ten girls fainted.And they called an ambulance.There was nowhere for the straw to fall. Before that, from 7.30 to 9 we stood to get the code.So we did not like the organization of accepting documents to the University.We strongly ask the University Administration to organize all this inside the building, and not under the scorching sun.

My subjective assessment is that the University is not ready to accept international students yet. BUKHGU cannot boast of having agreements with foreign educational institutions. The quality of education cannot be called competitive. Corruption and disorganization. There are problems with water supply in the BUKHGU dormitory (there is often no hot water). The situation is saved only by the presence of the Japanese and Korean centers, which are located in the building of Bukhgu, as well as free language courses organized at the Faculty of Foreign Philology - for this the star.
